The doubles room will be hosting a spl-like tournament
Kinks are still being worked out and this document is being edited as new information is finalized.

Important parts about the tour:
This is a short deadline tour considering it is PS based and we all see each other often. (the short deadlines below are because we are looking for active players)
Final decisions on who will be captains: tomorrow (1/2/15)
Player signups end: in 2 days (1/3/15)
Draft: in 2 days (1/3/15)
Player signups format:
Rounds will be about 5 days long
6 total teams
5 rounds of round robin (each team fights each other once), with top cut of 4 teams
Games will be best of 1.
Team with 3/5 wins in their tiers for that round gets a win for that round. Top 6 teams with most round wins advance to top cut. If a tiebreaker comes up at the end of the 6 round robin rounds, the tiebreak will be decided by a fight between opposing teams.
Team Composition: 6 mandated total players. 1 captain + 4 team members + 1 sub. If you have extra cash/want an extra sub, you can have 2 subs and bring your team up to 7 players. 7 is the cap (you cannot have 3 subs). Note: The captain will play.
Tiers: 2 oras smogon doubles, 1 bw smogon doubles, 1 dubers, 1 doUUbles.
Draft: player buying/money betting with a snake setup. Teams will start with 50k (captains do not have to buy themselves a position on their team, they are already on their own team and can play). Draft will most likely be at 9:30 pm est 1/3/15 Saturday in #doublesspl. Will update when a more definite time is decided upon.
