Smogon Live Tournament 7/25/10 [2009 VGC]

The LIVE Tournaments are on the IRC channel #smogonwifi. We play these tournaments relatively often so keep your eye on Wifi Tournaments for a thread titled similarly to this one. Also, if enough people are on as well as someone to run the tournament, we could have one at any time. So its a good idea to stay in #smogonwifi participate in discussion and have fun!

It's exactly the same as 2010, but without ubers (Latios, Latias and Wobba are counted as regular ones)

There is also a level 50 cap with no autoleveling, so that means that Dragonite and Tyranitar are also prohibited (except for the level 50 TRU Dragonite, I believe).

I have 2 ?s:

- The "no autolevel" clause is enforced if either player desires it to be, correct?
- Are HGSS-specific tutor and egg moves banned?

Yes, if either player wants open thats what it is, but if both agree on forced 50 that is ok too, and no, we play with 09 rules, but not like we are in the year 2009.
