i always suspected as much, thanks for clarifying. no wonder it's that much harder climbing the ladder after a win streak.
 
Are we allowed to have more than one Shoddy Name on the Smogon Server? The reason I ask is because I used two or three on the Official Server for testing in different tiers and such so it doesn't affect ladder rating, etc.

lol any people had multiple accounts on the top 100 in the official server. don't go nutso on making new accounts but i wouldn't worry about having a handful of usernames ;).
 
So, according to policy review, we are testing manaphy/mew/lati@s etc. seperately, and iirc, Lati@s were ranked the highest out of the debatable Ubers. When will we begin Stage 1 of testing all these guys?
