Limbo is for Pokemon who don't have a place in the tiering system currently. Like Mega-Rayquaza after it was banned from Ubers but before Anything Goes was created.

When your name gets changed on Smogon, SS locks your account for a month. After a month has passed, you can request to get it unlocked in the same thread where you requested the name change.

Question about the smogon site: when will the ScVi ou/dou format pages be updated to include rules/bans/etc.?

Currently you need to either be very up-to-date or scour a bunch of forum pages to find said info. I run a discord league, and we need these pages to acclimate new players into smogon formats. Even if they don't have the links to analyses on each mon in the tier, just the rules/bans would be extremely helpful.

I am not sure if there is a faster way but you probably can just go in the teambuilder and look at the (D)Ubers mons in SV which are a few so it shouldn't be that hard to copy down on a rules pages or anything:
I appreciate the help, and I will take this course if needed. I'm more just wondering how imminent the update to these pages is, since it would be extremely convenient if I could just link to them rather than manually maintaining my own copy of the rules. Like are we days away, or months?

This is not possible. Each page has 25 responses in them, though, so you could roughly guess which page the post is on at best.
Basically, it is up when someone with the permission get to it. Since I assume C&C mods are busy currently, I added the OU description! (though there might errors)
What are the most fun & well attended events (tournaments, challenges, etc.) that you guys put on? Are there ways that people engage in competition other than climbing the ladder on Showdown?

There are some PS rooms more or less dedicated to fun tournaments or events (Tours Plaza for example), you can find it what you're looking for

Is there any reason why OM commands like /reevo don't have the autocorrect feature that /dt has? It would just be a nice quality of life thing so I don't have to spend a minute trying to figure out how to spell Annihilape
Most PS rooms have room tournaments a few times per day. In particular you can try the Tours Minigames room, the board games/mafia rooms. In the OU room we also do a fair bit of Custom Tours (about 1 or 2 per day) and UNO/Hangman

If you're planning to reserve one, then you're out of luck. All Pokémon are taken, as for the analyzes themselves, they're directly in this forum, just scroll down and you'll see the Pokémon names.
Is it possible to help someone or maybe at a later date do another entry?
There are QC checks and GP checks for an existing analyze, you can do AM checks for those, I advise you read at least these links in the forum first though: C&C Guide To Writing And QCing and Guide to the GP Process
As for another entry, eventually home will be updated in game, which means there will be more analyses (by the way I assumed you meant SV OU analyses, you'll have to check yourself for other tiers under Uncharted Territory and searching "Reservation" there) for OU to be done. People with more knowledge than me can correct me on this, in case these applications are closed, (the form isn't closed for me so I assume not?) but it seems like you can also apply to join the OU QC team here. Hope this helps!

My Showdown accunt is not accepting my password. I type my name, it asks for the password, I write it down and it says its wrong. Im certain its the right password.
