I will manage with Smogon's most handsome, talented and charming prodigy as my assman: Will of Fire 
We're going to announce the managers and the new format now. Let's start with the easy part, the new format:
As usual, it will be 10 teams. These 10 teams will be separated into two divisions of 5 teams each. Each team will play every other team in its own group, but in two phases that each last two weeks . The worst two teams are cut, and the remaining 6 teams entered into a Round Robin Stage where they will all play each other in weeks, as you are used to from SPL. The two teams who do best in this phase will then advance to the final phase and play a final match against each other to decide the winner.
This format will be explained in-depth at a later point in time. To the meaty part, the managers that the TD team and the hosts decided on:
Pearl + FLCL
z0mOG + ggggd (Goldenrod Gliders)
Teddeh + Arifeen
Level 56 + Kaori
Void + Pohjis
TonyFlygon + ABR (Berry Forest Bushmasters)
obii + Mounts (Shinto Ruin Serpents)
Chill Shadow + snagaa
reyscarface + Will of Fire
Genesis7 + Evan.
Rest of the teams will be assigned soon.
