In this round, it is not banned. If Deoxys-S gets banned from OU in the next couple of days, then it will be banned from Round 2 onwards.

my opponent, obina., is never online. ive been active on the forums every day for the past 2 and a half week. ive been habitually checking his profile, but he's only online every other day for about 30 mins between 12 (noon) and 1 pm for me. im not even sure he understands english well enough to figure out that im telling him he needs to be online more. anyway, activity post.

Yeah, so SDS still has not replied back to either of my VMs. It's not like he's inactive or anything because his last activity was December 9th, but he has not made any effort to contact me whatsoever so idk how I'm gonna get this done.

uhh yeah... can there be a new rule that only people who can speak english are allowed to join tournaments? my opponent apparently can't speak english and just spams my wall everyday with vms. his "friend" soulwind has pmed me to help set-up a time, so we'll get something scheduled and get this done.

My opponent finally returned to Smogon a week later, and posted on my wall out of nowhere that he could stay up late. I would have been able to catch him at that time if I knew he was ging to be on or if he actually told me.

He has not been on since.

VM'ed Sky again. This whole "nothing-getting-done" thing is really tiresome. I wish it were actually possible to schedule a time with him.

I'm hoping beyond hope it'll be this weekend. Knowing my luck, Sky will post once in this thread and then get the activity win if we don't battle. >_<
