I guess they gave up on that one because now they have Raikou and Hungry Hippo as theirs "Hope it Drops!" 'mon, although, very deep within themselves, they know OU would become RU and spam them or EVEN make Vaporeon OU rather than dropping them

btw OU is the devil composed of hundreds of players of a pokemon simulator
