The hand and tail remind me of Infernape.

And lol it does look like it's picking its nose. Special "Electro-Booger" attack?

And I'm assuming that as an electric yeti it'll be Electric/Ice? BoltBeam STAB anyone?

Probably. That and the marking thingy on the back of its hand. If you ask me, the head-plugs give off an Elekid vibe. lol crazy Elekid/Infernape cross.

The next create-a-pokemon should be an evolution of something. I like this idea mostly because we need some experience when it come to making evolved forms of something.

That would be unneccesary as he would then be the breaking 4 stages. :(

Also, I believe Farfetch'd, Chimenco, and Dunsparce are just screaming for evos.
Farfetch'd as a personal fav, Chimenco needs one to not suck so bad, and Dunsparce was one of the most ignored species of pokemon ever. (Seriously, how many people even remembered it was a pokemon by the time D/P came out?) He had a slight bit of recognition with him getting Serene Grace, but nothing revolutionary came out of him.

I do believe we should stay away from pre-evos as well. They're fucking worthless and bring nothing new to the table. The only one that wasn't a complete failure was Budew, but that was only for getting Extrasensory. Perhaps if GF had followed this formula with all the other baby evos, they wouldn't be so outrageously annoying.
