My Take on Finalizaing the Pokemon
Personally, I think that this poll should be scrapped, and the rest of the process should look something like this:
Poll 8, Part 2 --
Validating the Movepool
In this poll, we can basically post the move-set in the first post of this poll (or some variation of it) with every move on which we have decided, including the winners of the last poll. This poll could simply be, "Do you approve of this movepool?" Nice and easy, and if you get, say, a two-thirds majority, that can be the finalized movepool. Besides, I think we have all decided that this will simply be in the Bug Group.

Sprite Selection
Then, I think we should have a poll between the four main sprites that we have seen (listed below).

Poll 9, Part 2 -- Animation Pose
Now that we would know which sprite the community liked most, we could focus on the second pose for an animation pose and decide on it in a poll.
Poll 9, Part 3 --
Party Icon
Meanwhile, we could decide if we like our original Party Icon, KoA's take on the creature, or see if anybody else has anything to add.

The PokeDex Entry
The least important thing, we could simply discuss the PokeDex entry for the Pokemon. We would need to come on with our favorite two to submit.
Hopefully, it goes somewhat like this ... again, I'm not trying to take over, here, I'm just a very organized person when it comes to things that I really like, and I really like this whole creation we're making.
EDIT: Can't believe that I forgot about the damned-things name. We need to decide on the creature's name, height, and weight, as well as its shiny color.
