If you played 6 or more games, there is no decay
If you played 1-5 games, you lose 1 point for every 100 points above 1400 you are
If you played 0 games, you lose 1 point and an additional 1 point for every 50 points above 1400 you are

So I got snaked out of a timer-tie today by someone on high-ladder, even AFTER bringing a global leader in to inform that timer-ties via mutual timeout exists. I'm not trying to start a witch-hunt here since all's fair in love & war (or w/e bs), but figured others would like to know in case they encounter an identical scenario with this individual.
