Aura Sphere-Drain Punch-Aura Sphere
If Slaking uses a successful p/e move, replace with Double Team(3) the first time and Feint all others.
If Slaking uses Yawn, use RP Command Make Noise and push back.
If Slaking moves to the lower level, move to the lower level.

The RP command's intent is to have Lucario make too much noise to hear Slaking use Yawn.
 
Okay, we discussed this on IRC.

the ruling on the make noise RP command would be like this: if you make noise (you would need to specify a move) to avoid the yawn, it would be like giving yourself a temporary soundproof.

However, In game, yawn is not affected by soundproof, therefore the command would not necessarily work.

I know what the description says. This is the way i am choosing to ref it. Mulan, you may re-order.

if Lucario moves to the Top Level and you are on the Top Level, go to the Bottom Level
If Lucario is moves to the Bottom Level and you are on the Bottom Level, go to the Top Level
 
Correct. Since this is round 9 we are ordering for, the hole is repaired this round.

Hidden Power[Ice]-RP Command Roar to not hear the supersonic-Hidden Power[ice]
If the hole in the bottom of the upper level is gone, then replace all actions, starting a1, with Nasty Plot-Iron Defense-Nasty Plot.
If Lucario is confused a2, then replace with Flash Cannon.
If my RP Command would fail to do its specified function, then replace a2 with Detect.

As far as I can tell it's entirely up to the the legends to decide who wins, but without their involvement I'm in a great position to EN stall you to death. Especially since you outspeed me.

Without Gem's additional rule this battle could potentially go on indefinitely, and with it somebody could start a vicious cycle of moving from floor to floor once they have the resources to win an energy war. If you are to design other arenas similar to this one, consider how abusable certain features can be and try to balance it before you have somebody else ref.

I was actually using this as a test-run of this arena. That is how I find any loopholes or easy exploits. Once this battle ends, I will see any problems and solve them by adding/removing/changing rules. I hope it won't require many new rules, though, because I seem to be known for super-complicated arenas.

This energy-stalling war could be stopped by me with smart playing the next round, though. This energy stalling war only works when you order second, you are in an infinite (or otherwise very high number) subs match, or up against an unprepared foe.
