[OVERVIEW]
Spearow offers little to nothing to distinguish itself from the myriad of Flying-type Pokemon in the tier and struggles to find a place on any serious team as a result. Access to Drill Run is appealing at face value, as it gives Spearow a tool to hit Rock- and Steel-type checks such as Onix and Magnemite hard, but similar Pokemon like Doduo and Rufflet carry moves such as Jump Kick and Superpower to deal with such Pokemon. These two Pokemon are also Spearow's most notable examples of competition, as they boast better offensive stats, access to Brave Bird, more powerful coverage moves, and in Rufflet's case, a far more useful ability in Hustle. Lastly, Spearow's paltry defenses and weaknesses to common Electric-, Rock-, and Ice-type attacks all contribute to its poor longevity.

[SET COMMENTS]
Spearow functions best as a Life Orb attacker to capitalize on its offensive movepool, with Double-Edge as its strongest STAB attack and coverage moves to hit the variety of Pokemon that resist it. However, Double-Edge's high recoil, in tandem with Life Orb and a lack of recovery, wears Spearow down very quickly, while Drill Peck and Drill Run are insufficiently powerful. Vullaby and Wingull offer better Flying-type STAB moves in the form of Brave Bird and Hurricane, while Pokemon like Doduo and Rufflet additionally have stronger Fighting-type coverage moves to combat Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon.

This is detailed and well-written, good job! The only thing I would change is cutting down a little bit on the first sentence of the set comments - it's a little more detailed than we want in these analyses.

Spearow functions best as a Life Orb attacker to capitalize on its offensive movepool, with Double-Edge as its strongest STAB attack, Drill Peck to hit Grass- and Fighting-types such as Foongus and Mienfoo, Drill Run to hit resistances to its dual STAB such as Pawniard and Tirtouga, and U-Turn to pivot, luring in checks and denting them. Heat Wave is also a niche pick for dealing significant damage to Ferroseed, but hits little else.

Could become...

Spearow functions best as a Life Orb attacker to capitalize on its offensive movepool, with Double-Edge as its strongest STAB attack and coverage moves to hit the variety of Pokemon that resist it. (or something similar)

Additionally, I would mention how quickly its worn down by Double Edge recoil + LO + no recovery in the set comments.

Good work, implement these changes and give yourself 1/2.

Absolutely fantastic, only change I'd suggest is in [SET COMMENTS] (also call it [SET COMMENTS] not [SET DETAILS])

However, Spearow cannot make much out of these choices without them being outclassed or otherwise have a crippling downside"

This sentence reads awkwardly, I'm assuming "choices" refers to the coverage moves, but calling them choices makes it sound as though Spearow has to pick and choose from coverage moves despite the lack of slashes on the set. You can honestly completely cut most of this to simplify things, making the sentence just "However, Double-Edge's high recoil, in tandem with Life Orb and a lack of recovery, wears Spearow down very quickly, while Drill Peck and Drill Run are insufficient as coverage options."

Again, really great. Give yourself 2/2

(in its strictest sense, survivability is the ability to be survived, not the ability to survive something)
