Note: The RBY Match between the Congregation of the Classiet (rozes) and Circus Maximus Tigers (SadisticNarwhal) will not count towards predictions, since the substitution (SadisticNarwhal over dice) was made yesterday at 3:29 PM GMT-5 while the result was posted at 4:01 PM GMT-5, giving nobody the chance to change their predictions to account for the substitution.

Hayburner vs. Serpi - Game 2
Having a back-up sleeper (typically Sing Chansey with lead Gengar) isn't too uncommon, since Hypnosis isn't exactly reliable, and Sing Chansey can come in easily on first turn Psychics from Starmie or Alakazam. You can find a successful Gengar + Sing Chansey team built by Amaranth here. Hayburner took this concept to the extreme with not only two, but three sleepers! Enigami and Sevi 7 put the team concept well here:

Hayburner vs. Serpi - Game 2

As seen in the battle, Hayburner is always ahead in the Sleep game. Even though Gengar runs into lead Starmie, Exeggutor is able to get a Sleep off in the mirror on Turn 6. After Exeggutor wakes up Turn 18 after only two turns of Sleep, Hayburner reveals Hypno!!!!! and Sleep Starmie on Turn 21. After Starmie goes down on Turn 43, Hayburner is able to put a third Pokemon, Tauros, to Sleep on Turn 46 with Exeggutor. After booming on Chansey, this allowed Persian!!!!! of all things to clean up, fulfilling the prophecy of being a second Tauros.

Hay's team is cool. Reminds me of some quad boom builds I ran a couple years ago (Gar/Egg/Cloy + normals), that sort of playstyle catches people off guard a lot.
I do think having to stay with Gengar to Hypnosis t1 against Mie is garbage though, you get psycrit or even just psychic'd on a hypnomiss and you put yourself at a huge disadvantage. This whole thing worked out for Hay because on turn 4 instead of pressing on with Starmie, Serpi tries too hard to catch a supposed Gar+Chansey core, and instead is forced to play an eggy tie which he loses. However, from Serpi's PoV, even when expecting Gar+Chansey you'll quite often be perfectly happy to stay in and Psychic again on that turn 4; if that happens Hay's gotten his Gar chipped to half and he's about to get his Eggy chipped to half (and he's risking another mie crit or sleep miss) and the whole thing is super unpleasant bc Serpi can just sleepsack the mie, get his own sleep with Eggy, and play on a 5v5 where his Chansey is able to dominate the Hypno and Persian and just kinda thunder wave everything and win (assuming he properly keeps it away from booms).
I would like this team a lot more if not for the fact it has a negative match up against the single most common lead in the meta (psyblizz starmie). I think the Chanseyless boomspam idea is interesting but then you've just got nothing for Mie and you're praying that you're on the good end of a coinflip and you can put it to bed before it nails one of your mons on a crit or on a sleep miss.
TL;DR Hay's team is innovative and provocative and avant-garde and I like seeing people try weird stuff BUT a fifth of the time that game ends on turn 3 and I don't think I like that (edit: to be fair to hay serpi has a habit of switching eggy t1 whenever he sees gengar, so that bit was good scouting on hay's part)
