Alright, this took a little longer than expected, but QC team and leadership wanted to deliberate a little bit longer on what changes we wanted to see out of the already posted analyses before reopening. We now feel content to reopen reservations, with everything on the VR freed in addition to some revamps and set additions.

I'm taking Copperajah (revamp), Diancie (revamp), and Rotom-C (revamp) for myself :)
