Zarude is a counter to spikes mew. Its boots+jungle healing means it can come in on mew and continuously forcing it out while also being able to recover health. It can take flamethrower or ice beam, only watch out for knock but even knocked it can still beat mew

Choice Scarf Krookodile is a strong check to Nihilego. It's only a check because it gets dented pretty badly by Meteor Beam, but it can take one hit comfortably, outspeed Nihilego, and OHKO it with Earthquake.

Cobalion as a COUNTER. Eats all moves that Nihilego could throw at it and is at most 3HKO'd after rocks, while Iron Head is an OHKO in return 87.5% of the time. Meanwhile, you outspeed so even if you hard switch in, you eat an attack and then just kill in return.

Since this has Power Gem instead of Grass Knot, Gastrodon can easily switch into Meteor Beam or anything, eat another hit and Earthquake or even Recover if you want to. PhysDef Gastro is def better bc it helps a lot with Keldeo and stuff, but if REALLY needed for Nihilego it can go full SpDef.

Zygarde-10% is a great check to (forgot what the mon was), as with its high Speed tier it will surely outspeed whatever this is and OHKO it with Choice Band Thousand Arrows just like it does to nearly everything that it is SE against.
