This is BEST OF 1. You may agree to best of 3, but please do so explicitly and in public.

There have been some tiering changes from last round;
Zeraora has been banned.
Electrify has been restricted to its native users.
Chandelure has been banned.
Sleep Powder, Hypnosis, and Sing are all banned. This includes on native users.

Replays are recommended but not mandatory.

And with that we are onto our final round of the tour! Who shall prove victorious? Will it be the tier leader, The Number Man, an absolutely destructive force and extremely knowledgeable about STAAB? Will it be Multiammiratore, a STABmons Open finalist and consistently top buy in OMPL Mocks (MOCC?!?!?)? Or will be it be Best Gal whose name is ALWAYS A PAIN TO TAG another extremely knowledgeable and deadly STAAAB player who has proven they are not to be trifled with throughout this tour? Stay tuned to see ;)

This round will be a three-way matchup. Each of our three finalists will play each other finalist, and whichever contestant defeats BOTH of their opponents will be the champion!
If nobody wins both of their matches we will repeat the process until someone does. Any extra rounds we must do will be given extra time as necessary.
