Well, I think if you're going to allow a grace period once, you should do it for all votes (unless the deadline occurs first). Doesn't seem really fair to just randomly choose that a certain vote gets a grace period and others don't, it makes it look like you're playing favorites.

The idea of a grace period is to give people enough time to get online and check the status of the game before a lynch is decided. There is no particular reason to give people a "third chance" if they fucked up twice. And quite frankly, it will look like I am playing favorites regardless of whether or not I give a grace period for a certain lynch and the lynch changes. If it doesn't than the grace period doesn't matter, but was also therefore meaningless in the first place. As such, I do not give grace periods for any vote that is clearly already decided, but do for any vote that is not.

I am trying to be as neutral as possible here, but sometimes I have to make a decision as best I can.
 
You all gather around and decide to lynch blue_light, and he begins to cackle maniacally, saying FEAR ME BITCHES!!!!!!! You all think this is kind of strange, and suddenly rey shouts, even louder than blue_light, GET UPSIDE HE'S BAAAAAAAAAAAD! Well, size 5 font is larger than size 4 font, so eh, may as well vote for Upside then...You all surround him and, expecting him to pull out some futile weapon before getting taken down by the gods, he instead gets on his knees and begins to blubber "O, please, PLEASE don't kill me! I'm harmless, I'll never do it again, I'll..." You all begin to feel a little sorry for him, but right at that moment he jumps up, expounding bubbles everywhere, saying "EXPLODE MY BEAUTIFUL BUBBLES HEHEHEHEE!" Of course, juuuuuust like the others, a thunderbolt drops from the sky and electrocutes his aquatic body, easily penetrating the bubble surrounding his now quite crispy body. You decide to take a look at his Role PM just for kicks...

reyscarface bends down and cuts a bit out of this strange fish-like Navi and bites into it saying "mm...crispy!" You all think this is kind of strange, so decide to go back to your homes and take a rest, awaiting the next bodies to be fried, crisped or...eaten.

It is now Night 3. Night 3 will end in 48 hours, at 22:30 GMT-5 on Tuesday, May 25th, OR once all night actions have been received.

You all hear loud shrieks, and various other assorted noises during the night. As you wake up, it is with extreme trepidation that you leave the threshold of your sanctuary and convene in the local town/internet square. You all look around, expecting to see the signs of carnage around you, and you see.....you see...

Anyhow, quite puzzled at the lack of bodies, you all begin to decide who to kill today in the most gruesome manner possibly. Happy hunting!

Also, just to be clear, if this lynch is contested but there is a majority I will give a three-hour grace period for people to change votes. Just so everyone knows that and something like what happened yesterday doesn't happen again...
 
Alan's vote stands, Rodan needs to edit it to something of comedic value or it doesn't count.

Edit: Still disappointed but will let that stand I suppose.
