Standard OU team

Hi Smogon. I've been playing pokemon for around a month now and was hoping to get some feedback on my team. DD Dragonite has particularly been giving me some problems. Thanks in advance!

Rotom-W @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Breaks through walls like gliscor and skarmory so my sweepers can do their job and also wreaks havoc in the rain. Thunderbolt is there for the extra power late game. HP grass is to counter Gastrodon and Quagsire, who would otherwise wall rotom.

Scizor (M) @ Occa Berry
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 138 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Roost

Main Celebi counter, can SD, get a bullet punch off on dnite, and revenge kill with my own dnite. Also takes out latios/latias.

Dragonite (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- ExtremeSpeed
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Sun team counter -- checks chlorophyll users and many other threats with extremespeed.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SpD
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Payback

Not much to say except that he's my physical sweeper and wrecks many, many pokemon.

Reuniclus (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SpA
0 Spe IVs Quiet Nature (+SpA, -Spe)
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

After a trick room, with opposing scizor gone, it's easy to sweep through teams. TR also benefits conkeldurr.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest (+Atk, -SpA)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Destroys DD dragons, gliscor, landorus given that it's air balloon is functional.

I really like your team but I thought of some pokemon that would give you particular problems. The one i thought of first was Gengar with a timid nature he could actually kill most of your team with its high speed and special attack. It could kill reuniclus with a shadow ball and rotom-w with a energy ball. Also Gengars usally carry thunderbolt for dragonite and with about 2 or 3 of those he is dead, also gengar has levitate so earthquake is completly useless and so is extremespeed. Thats just my opinion and I hope i helped =)

Though most gengars run sub+disable, a tri-attacking gengar can't have enough moves to really run through this team. If it lacks energy ball, rotom kills it, if it lacks HP fire, scizor kills it, etc. Even conkeldurr can take a shadow ball and hit back with payback.

On Rotom-W switch HP Grass to Fire or change it to WoW, since you're going to need it to deal with Ferrothorn, which is more threatening than Gastrodon. Also replacing Scizor's current set with the choice band set would also be a good idea, as it creats a volt-turn combination with Rotom-W. SD Scizor doesn't really have that good coverage.

Ferrothorn is very easy to counter with this team IMO. reuniclus almost OHKOs it with a focus blast, it can do nothing to heatran, and conkeldurr can even setup on it and drain punch it. If I replaced HP grass with fire I would have nothing to kill ground/water types, and gastrodon (esp the specs variant) does a lot of damage to this team. On scizor, a CB bullet punch on dragonite who is a huge threat really doesn't do much. An occa berry allows a swords dance and allows me to get off a bullet punch on dragonite (so my own dnite can come in and revenge kill) in addition to freedom of switching moves and countering celebi, latios, and roost of damage from incoming dracos/outrages.

You have Conk and Scizor to handle Tyranitar, so I would actually recommend HP fire on Reuniclus to take out Scizor and Jirachi who usually hard counter him.

Also drop thunderbolt on Rotom for trick. That way you can cripple Ferrothorn/Chansey/Blissey on the switch
