I guess I'll give this a try... This team isn't made yet, but it's going to be:
Riolu (M) @ Muscle Band

Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp.Atk)
- Bullet Punch
- Bulk Up
- Low Sweep
- Shadow Claw
Main priority: Take'em down. Bullet Punch takes care of fast pkmn like Rock Polish Cranidos, and agility users. Bulk Up instead of Swords Dance so Defense is rose as well. Low Sweep to rid speed in certain situations, Like Vulpix or Poliwag. And Shadow Claw for Psychic pkmn

Cyndaquil (M) @ Evolite

Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Sp.Def
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp.Atk)
- Howl
- Thrash
- Protect
- Flame Charge
Nothing specail. Protect for guard. Howl to upgrade att. moves, Thrash to rid enemys. Flame Charge for speed. Mainly defensive so it can stay out for awhile.

Bagon (M) @ Chesto Berry

Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
- Dragon Rush
- Rest
- Hone Claws
- Fire Fang

Hone Claws trick FTW here. HP gets low I use Rest + Chesto combo. Dragon Rush + Fire Fang have chance of Flinch, which is pretty nice in certain situations

I'm new, so Idk if this is good or not. These are 3, I know. Still working on what else I should use.
 
Your EV spread is completely off, the standard 4/252/252 spread doesn't work for LC, because the EVs function differently. Read the guide here to get a better understanding of how LC works.

Like I said, My team is in works. and I couldn't get the rules to work until now. What about C-Gear's low-EXP power? Wouldn't that give a boost towards this? And energy drinks/wings? (learning)
 
Before you post a team, it should already be complete and tested. If after testing etc you notice you need help, THEN you make an RMT. This RMT can't really be called an RMT imo. First test and add members, play around and see what can change in the coming week, then you can go make an RMT.

shouldn't this maybe be locked until he has tested? just saying to any mod out there-
