Strategy Pokedex organization

In http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/, when the pokemon are ordered by tier, the system orders the tiers alphabetically. That sometimes makes it harder to find the tier desired, so I'm suggesting an alternate method of organizing tiers, by order of power. Thus, users could choose whether to view it by any current method, or by ordering the tiers by power, a way that I know used to be used. Also, I suggest that multiple levels of organization be used. Thus, first by Speed, then Tier, then Attack, etc. or first by Tier, then Alphabetically, or some other order. It would increase convenience, especially if the extra layers of organization were not necessary for use.

Seems unnecessary to me. If you want to see all the pokémon within a certain tier, go to "tiers" and select the tier you want to look at.

Yes, but if you want to see two tiers, such as UU and OU, Ubers divide them. It also applies to other tiers as well. Perhaps a maximum tier cutoff would be a good idea.

I agree, tiers should sort by ranking, not alphabetically. Though I wouldn't call changing it a priority.

So skip over it? If you're trying to compare 2 specific pokemon, A) this is NOT an effective way to do it, and B) you're going to have to scroll a ton anyways, so skipping over Uber (a small list) isn't that much more of a hassle. You'd be better off opening the OU and UU pages in seperate tabs for whatever reason you want them right next to each other for.

This says chaos was working on it, but that was some time ago. However, it should be noted (again) that if you use the tier pages you have your tier listing and can now sort it by speed, power, etc. (no secondary listing but it's not that hard to look through when it's not every pokemon). And when you do sort by tier it is alphabetical >_>

This is desirable. The current is only because I didn't have time to implement the correct functionality. If anyone wants a quick project.....
