Only Room owners can start a tournament using the script as of right now.
You need to be a Room Owner (#) or Admin (~)
I agree that'd be nice. But watching your screen should tell you how much it did to you. Poison is 12% every turn and toxic is a growth starting at 6% and having no cap I believe (though I suppose over 100 won't matter).Calculation is easily possible with the above info. I think toxic goes 6-12-18-24 then increases by more than 6? Not sure but look it up, on the phone sorry!

I just realized there's a swedish room, but not a norwegian room. As a norwegian, I find this quite racist.

There needs to be a global staff member competent in the language and willing to run it before it's made. Here's the list of staff members.
Im not suggesting to make the a norwegian ppl room, but rather making a "Scandinavian" room.
Take it to the room suggestions forum, the room is still new so try talking to pandon on showdown about it. He owns the room and maybe he'd be able to help you better
Ok so I am not sure if this has been brought up yet but mods maybe drivers should have the authority to start tournaments. I can speak for the othermetas room when saying that it's a pain in the ass when we want to play a balanced hackmons tour yet are disappointed that we cant because hollywood, arcticblast, TI, or DTC aren't online. Although even drivers might be a problem because Arcticblast wont promote any of the 20+ voices we have :P

- When trying to watch battles, next to 'All Formats', there can be a 'Rank Check' where you can select the ranking in the battles (Ex: 1000 - 1099 or 1700 - 1799).
- For an instant moveset you can type .moveset (pokemon name) and BoTTT will give you a moveset along with EVs, Nature & Item. (Possibly, if you want a certain type of set you can try ".moveset Charizard (Set Up Sweeper)". Parenthesis must be included in the role you want your Pokemon to be. If the set isn't available at the time, BoTTT will PM you saying "Invalid Entry" or something like that.
- When selecting one of the generation tiers (Ex: Gen 1 OU) the teambuilder can be set to how it was in Gen 1. With the only moves in gen 1, the only Pokemon in Gen 1 and same gameplay. This would result in Magnemite/Magneton only having the Electric type as Dark & Steel weren't available in Gen 1 (Remakes not included).
- A Tier where everything is legit, but you can use CAP mons & unreleased mons (Diancie & Volcanion & Hoopa etc.). All movesets must be legit as stated. The movepools are located in the Teambuilder as well. (Tier Name : The Future) Uber Pokemon are still banned.

There are plans for being able to Look for Battle by Rank (so people can spectate high rankers generally) but it has not been implemented yet.
The first bit seems unnecessary and overly-complicated. The reason the /analysis command exists (albeit Gen 5) is for Smogon to have it's purpose in writing up these analyses. And who would decide what results come out when you type '.moveset Charizard (Set Up Sweeper)'? Some might say Dragon-Dance/Roost/FlareBlitz/DClaw but others might say no Blitz and Earthquake instead. It just doesn't seen realistic and would need likely a lot of work to make (and this would come down to a few individuals who I'm not sure would ever want to prioritize this change).
I like the second suggestion, but old gens simply don't get enough play to warrant this change. And I'm not entirely sure it's possible or easily do-able to make either. There would just be a lot of work for a minor reward. Most people who play Old Gens are aware that the teambuilder will show clashes/have issues and so far the community seems to be fine (check out the Old Gens room if you need help).
This is hackmons with CAP basically. Also the principle of having unreleased mons available but Uber pokemon being banned clearly clashes. How can we know if they would be Uber or not unless the release and are able to be tested in OU? Hackmons also gets access to most of the unreleased mons early on anyways as their sprites/data are gradually implemented into the simulator. I know Volcanion/Diancie are already there and usable in NEXT and presumably hackmons.
