Description: ah yes, phrog
Instead of being a defensive Poison/Water-type like Toxapex and Tentacruel, Blue Poison provides something completely different and new for such a type combination. Her physical Attack and Speed stats are quite impressive, however her defensive stats belie the usual defensive base stats her typing may attest to. With access to Spikes (and Toxic Spikes) and pivot moves U-turn and Flip Turn, she makes for a good pivot and entry hazard setter for hyper offense or balance teams. If Swords Dance were to be used to boost her Attack for sweeping purposes, the STAB moves Waterfall/Liquidation and Poison Jab are suitable enough to help clean up weakened teams. The moves Sucker Punch and Aqua Jet are useful priority; with them, she can pick off threats faster than her before they can land a hit. Poison Touch is a niche way of letting most of her moves have an additional poison chance, but Corrosion allows her to poison rival Poison-types and cripple Steel-types, forcing them on a timer. Neural Toxin synergizes well with Corrosion, allowing a combination of the very powerful Toxic and niche and gimmicky Confuse Ray, forcing an even greater need of those victimized targets to switch out lest they suffer major consequences for staying in. Arrow Shot is niche Rock-type coverage - and is her only (reliably effective) way of hitting Flying-types super effectively. The 1/8 critical hit chance is somewhat neat, though.

Moves
Signal Beam -
-
- 75 BP - 10 PP - 100% - Lowers the target's Speed stat by 1 stage.
Electro Ball -
-
- 80 BP - 10 PP - 100% - Uses the user's Speed stat instead of its Sp. Atk stat during damage calculation.
Abilities
Counterfeit - When the user switches in, they identify and then copy the effect of the opponent's held item. Stacks with the user's current item.
Description: Rotom-Mow is gifted the godly status of terrain setter with Grassy Surge as its Hidden Ability, allowing its Leaf Storm to reach nuke levels of damage with the terrain's 30% damage bonus to any damaging Grass-type moves (Leaf Storm already has a high base power of 130). Counterfeit is pretty underwhelming compared to Grassy Surge, but allows Rotom-Mow to use the new toys Super Smash Stereotypes has to offef in an indirect manner. Having the chance to copy the effects of Choice Band or Black Sludge might suck though. JolteMons also gives some of its existing moves some needed tweaks. Signal Beam now technically has the same effect of Electroweb in exchange for less PP than usual, but with STAB, Electroweb is slightly stronger so use cases are niche. The new effect of Electro Ball isn't that good for it due to Rotom-Mow's average Speed stat but is listed here for parity reasons. With Grassy Surge's created Grassy Terrain and Volt Switch, it can create opportunities for terrain effect beneficiaries (especially Grass-types like Shaymin) to come in via Rotom-Mow's pivot capabilities.
