here's a little guide for using Beneton Movie GIF.

1) open the image you want to be animated.
2) change the delay of the frame to 10 or 8 centiseconds, copy this frame and make 32 frames.
3) go to "animated effect" and click on "Change HSB".
4) change the "Shift hue" to this: initial 0, final 255. Then select "whole animation".
5) save your animation (as GIF) and upload it to the internet.
