Just a quick scratch sprite. I'm trying to get better at scratching so I can gather enough sprites for a pokemon video game. If anyone wants to help me learn to sprite, or make some pokemon for me, or whatever, just PM me.

Alright, this will be a bit brief because I don't have very much time. There is no distinction between the heel of its left hind leg and its lower spine. Its right hind leg should be at least partly visible. Its front legs should at least be level with its hind legs. It literally has eyes that would be used on a trainer sprite. Cats can stiffen their tails, but they can't bend them as far back as Ashcat is doing by themselves. In general, you might want to redo the ears and mouth. Even with those changes, you'll still have to practice your lineart.

Thanks for the help. I really do want to get better at this, so I'll try working on it again.
 
Here's alakzam and Medicham. I couldn't attach the whiskers to his head that would've made it chaos like, so i attached it to his arms instead. I hope you like it:

I was actually referring to real cats. Meowth and Persian are also anatomically incorrect in that manner, because it is a physical impossibility for cats to bend their tails any further than straight upwards independently. An example pertaining to humans would be to try to bend your finger backwards without help. An average human being can't do that, however one can bend one's finger backwards with the help of another hand, for instance. I hope this helps to clarify.
