misplaced? well first off i can't scratch sp there was no way to make it into the egg or a cool hat. So i made it into an earing, now you get that, any positive comments?

If your waiting for positive comments then your doing something wrong. You must accept criticism, so you become better.
To be Honest, Your Sprites aren't good.
Practice more, watch some tutorials...Until You become better, THEN you can make a dex

Here is my version of blissey/bulbasaur.
I didnt scratch the bulb I made it smaller.

wait when you say your sprites-do you meaan all of them or the one in my avatar and my bulbabliss?

how do you make the bulb smaller? i had that in mind in the first place

the right hand looks odd,but i had that problem too.
 
Ivybliss is better, needs more improvement, I would give it 6.5/10
All of your sprites aren't very well done.
You should practice more.
My first couple of sprites were very bad.
Anyways to make things smaller use the cut rectangle tool on top of the eraser and bucket tool, and drag it closer to the bulb in this example.

I won't tell you what dex to do until you get better, and at least get a 8.5/10 from me.
