Try going for a darker shade of blue, and make sure the neck fins are of equal height.

The coloring is kinda plain. every fire sprite is either red or yellow, with a few exceptions. pick a wiser color choice next time.
i like the detailing of the tail, but the fire on the tail doesn't make sense. fire doesn't go down. the feet are kinda random, but i suppose you can't do much with fire feet.
overall, 3/10 for creativity (it's just generic) but 7/10 for the actual sprite.
 
I'm serious, the next person who posts something about the sprite sucking and that everyone should flame it is going to get a giant dick smack to the face.
It's a good sprite. All i can complain about is that the two sprites don't correlate much, so it makes it look really funky.

I didn't mean that everyone should flame it, I just meant I wouldn't be offended if someone said it was awful, etc. because it's my first try.

That's pretty good, Dogfish. The brown should be removed, though. It makes the roots harder to see.
