saicunetei looks amazing, but I felt that the sprite was very Suicune based. Then again, its primarily biased since I don't like suicune. The first Rayquaza+Charizard+Garchomp mix seems empty around the neck, but the second one is just incredible. Don't get me wrong, they're all spectacular; I'm just trying to give some form of critisism. =]

i decided to try this thing again. i'm not happy with the arms/hands, so does anyone have any ideas for them?
I was asking SuperGhost but your fusion I am having trouble with. Remorade is a slim shape and Magikarp is wide so it will take a little longer to do.

Haven't really made very many so far, but really loving using Arbok.
I see very few things you've changed in those. A lot of them look lke you've just messed around with the head and changed the colour.
That is because a lot of them had Pokemon with just elements on their head to transfer.
There is still a lot of things you can do. Eyes, mouth, chest patterns (You got that in Arbtar) and adding arms and legs.I felt that transferring limbs would look too abstract, Arbok is a snake after all. Very few of them had patterns to transfer, only Tyranitar and Ludicolo did. I started transferring Nidorino's spots, but it ended up not looking that great. I'm not really seeing what is bad about being a little simplistic with these.
