Good, but two things:

1. The shading where Latias and Gardevoir are connected is bad.
2. This is just me, but those colours don't go together.

I was actually thinking of Latios as the devil, with Aerodactyl wings and such. The white and yellow is to make it look all angelic and such (I tried to find a better shade but that was what I came up with).
