but aragon, he has made multiple accounts, which is already worth a banning IIRC. he has came back 3-4 times. perhaps an ip banning is necesary?

Yeah. Let me see if I know which spots need work:
Tail and back leg are jagged.
Front leg has a spot missed.
Nose has a spot missed.
Ear outlines are too thick.
Small shading issue at the mouth.

Those are all the bad spots I see.
