Super Staff Bros Melee: Set submissions

Hello, hello, hello!
A year has passed since the best Seasonal ever saw the light of the day. Since the next month is April (and we all know what that means), I think it's a good time to open the set submissions for the all new SUPER STAFF BROS MELEE Seasonal, which will be presented, well, in April.

You're elegible to submit a set if you are a member of the global staff, have a global voice rank and a Smogon badge that is not ladybug OR you are a room owner, or have been in the top 3 of a Seasonal ladder (must be one that lists the final ladder, see thread). You may post a submission up until the 7th of March. This thread will be then locked. There are 151 slots to fill (there may be hidden bonus Pokémon). Staff will fill the first slots, and the rest up to 151 will be decided by voting, which will be held to voting from the 7th to the 15th, and the most voted sets will be put in the meta.

Each Species must be unique, that means each person has its own Pokémon. Check the list below to know what is not available. People who appeared in the last seasonal have priority on wanting their old set.

To submit your set, use the following template:

Name: Your Smogon or PS name. Can be a non-repeated name if you really want it, like an anime character.
Species: The Pokémon species you want to use.
Ability: The ability of your Pokémon.
Innate Ability: You may add an innate ability or a new ability if your Pokémon species is bad. Changing a current one for a similar non-existing one is ok, like: water absorb -> ice absorb only if it fits the design+flavour of your Pokémon. Innate Abilities may be easily denied if they are deemed too OP or out of the norm.
Item: The item your Pokémon will hold.
Moveset: May be from a minimum of three moves to some different combinations.
Signature Move: Here comes the fun part. All mons have a wacky signature move. It can have a custom name, typing, effect. Go nuts. Except don't abuse effects, make it believeable and, most of all, FUNNY.
Switch-in sentence: Meme time.
Faint sentence: Cry me a river.
EVs and IVs: Yeah. Regular EVs and IVs.

You may post a set change request. Please do it on a new post. Please post "set change request" in bold and maybe in red too at the beginning. Say what you want to change and why.

Balance rules

• But don't go totally nuts. You're entitled to a special Protect move if you chose a species that is cute but has shit BST or is shitmon or terrible typing etc. Protect special moves have Protect + a strong boost. They cannot be spammed.
• If you choose Wonder Guard as an ability, it comes with auto-curse.
• If your Pokémon is deemed too powerful, it will be nerfed.
• Your signature move can't be an obnoxiously powerful boosting move. Think of Quiver Dance as the most OP boosting move.
• Strong moves will have downsides like losing accuracy or evasion.
• Don't choose evasion boosting shit. Really.
• No useless sets, please.

Innate Ability: Holy Hail - Permanent Hail while Snover is in, kind of like Desolate Land or Primordial Sea. On top of normal Hail effects, it would also give Snover an increased speed (like swift swim, sand rush or Chlorophyll), boost its SpD by 1.5 (like Sandstorm does for rock types), regain 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn (like Rain Dish or Ice Body) and 50% boost to ice moves (like Rain and Drought do for water and fire moves). Some of these could be deducted, but I think they would all be necessary to make it somewhat stand up to some of against some of the other mons here.
