The tiebreaker matches will be rolled in the Survivor room on March 18, 9:00 PM GMT-4 (or March 19, 1:00 AM GMT-0). Please check to make sure your results are correct ASAP, and message one of the tour hosts with any questions or concerns you may have. We may not be able to revise decisions after the tiebreakers are rolled.

As stated clearly in the OP, all activity calls must have been submitted to the activity form to be counted. We will not grant any exceptions if you missed the deadline or failed to submit a form for your activity call. This is to ensure fairness in the face of an extraordinarily high number of matchups.
