Arcanine Hisui is a valuable tool in Monotype Rock, being one of the 3 rock fire Pokemon available, this set is concentrated in making the most impact possible against steel Pokemons, wich otherwise would be a big counter against mono rock. The 52 Defense EVs works against a Double Barrage from Melmetal, a Pokémon that can shut down most of mono rock teams.
