I'm looking to get back into OU, and I'm trying to understand how to use some Pokemon that are on popular offense teams (e.g. various Red Card Pokemon, lead strategies, etc.), specifically for ladder games. Is there a repository of high-ladder replays that I can reference?

There's probably a way to do it for ladder but it might be better to look at the tournament replays from SCL

What ev spread should a gholdengo have on a grassy terrain team with grassy seed? Also my moves are
- Make it Rain
- Hex
- T-wave
- Recover
Is this good or should I change hex and T-wave to Nasty Plot and shadow ball? I also have Moltres in this team and flame body activates so it helps hex out.

EDIT: I ended up changing the move set to nasty shadow ball

Nasty Plot Shadow Ball definitely fits better. Grassy Seed Ghold is a bulky setup sweeper so you want to have strong breaking power. for EVs you could go spdef since you already have the defense boost from grassy seed or you could go full special attack and dump into HP
