It really doesn't like being randomly Burned or Poisoned, but Dragonite's typing gives it a resistance to both of Volcanion's STABs and an immunity to Earth Power, and that combined with Multiscale gives it plenty of opportunities to switch in and set up. Earthquake is an OHKO at +1 or after Tera Ground, and if Volcanion terastallizes to avoid that, it can still be picked off with Extreme Speed, and its Ice resistance suddenly becomes an Ice weakness.

However, don't be caught sleeping - with good play, Battle Bond Greninja easily clears teams with its brutally powerful attacks and incredible boosts after Battle Bond's activation. Water Shuriken picks off weakened yet faster foes like Deoxys-S and Darkrai to gain a boost. I've made the executive decision to slash Low Kick and Grass Knot on the last slot, as both beat common answers in Blissey and Alomomola respectively. How will you take on the ninja?

Ice Punch threatens Ground-type metagame staples that may otherwise attempt to take it on, and Low Kick rounds out Tyranitar's coverage by allowing it to hit Dark- and Steel-types for super effective damage.
