Camomons meteorologist here bringing you a weather report!
WEATHER FORECAST: SUNNY
Temperature: 35°C
Heat Index: 43°C
The summer season in the CamUUmons realm doesn't seem to end thanks to the prevalence of Drought setters with the likes of Torkoal and Ninetales, which brought some of the uncommon yet powerful Pokemon that can take advantage of the harshest heat of the Sun in order to deliver massive damage to opposing teams. Case in point: this room tour match from the meteorologist himself and one of the participants, in which the meteorologist's Espeon 2HKO'ing the opposing Slowbro with a resisted Weather Ball - Choice Specs-boosted.
Based on such damage output, the meteorologist infers that there are far more powerful Pokemon that can take advantage of the Sun, such as Darmanitan, Heliolisk, Charizard, and even Leafeon -- all of which are too much to handle in this environment. With that, the meteorologist has proposed a drastic change in order to cool down the climate to reasonable levels. One of the proposals is the recommendation of the Drought ban the CamUUmons environment, which the tournament host then agreed.
tl;dr: Drought is now banned in the CamUUmons metagame!
Stay tuned: It has come to the meteorologist's attention that Lycanroc-Dusk, being one of the UU Pokemon being suspected very recently, is terrorizing multiple Pokemon with its STAB'd Close Combat alongside different STAB options such as Play Rough and Crunch, among others. Will it be too much for this metagame to handle?
