Rotom-Fan (Electric/Steel) and Blissey bring much need special offense and bulk to the core. Rotom-Fan importantly provides a Flying resist for Samurott and a Ground immunity for Alolawak, as well as the many other resistances and immunity Electric/Steel types have to Fairy, Psychic, Grass, Poison, Dragon, etc. Alolawak and Samurott resist Fire and the former is also immune to Fighting, covering Rotom-Fan's weaknesses. Will-O-Wisp weakens physical attackers to ease their pressure on Blissey, though HP-Ground can OHKO Magnezone should it attempt to switch in to trap Rotom-Fan. Alolawak can also take care of Magnezone and other Steel-types along with Samurott, which helps Blissey too. Volt Switch is Volt Switch. Blissey (Normal/Fairy) brings Stealth Rock and Housekeeping along with its massive special bulk, which Samurott and Alolawak are lacking in. Its typing provides useful Ghost and Dragon immunities while being neutral to Fighting. Stealth Rock on Blissey also frees Alolawak from needing to run Stealth Rock in its last move slot, hence Swords Dance / Thunder Punch. Housekeeping allows Rotom-Fan to forego Defog. The rest of Blissey's set is standard blob set.

- Recrystallize

Mega Steelix is an important addition to the team due to a Flying resistance and Bulletproof. Bulletproof is 10000x more powerful now and gives you an immunity to tons of common special moves, some of importance to this team being Shadow Ball, Fleur Cannon, and Fire Blast. Volcanion is also somehow in UU so it can act as a pretty hard counter to it, unless it's using Earth Power. Shield Slam is pretty great because you can invest in defense while still doing more damage. EVs are just to maximise bulk. Recrystallize is great for keeping Steelix healthy and Stealth Rock is Stealth Rock. Toxic can be used in place of Stealth Rock if you want especially with Housekeeping being pretty popular. (Blissey is the only relevant user, but still.) I really think Mega Steelix is a super important addition to the team because Flying spam tears through the team so far, and both members are relatively frail. I'm only submitting Mega Steelix because I'm not sure of a good special attacker to be added to the team. Tornadus-Therian might be nice for a Defog pivot but I really just want to see this snake boi added to the team. Resisting Dragon is also super nice.

Nasty Plot Thundy-I

Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder Wave
- Ion Absorb
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Nasty Plot

Water and Dragon-types are extremely annoying for this team to face, particularly Milotic, Mantine, Volcanion, Kommo-o, Salamence, and Dragonite. A special wallbreaker with the coverage to beat them would be extremely useful so that we don't get walled out or swept. Enter Nasty Plot Thundurus. With Nasty Plot, Thundurus can power through Milotic and Mantine, as well as almost every other Water-type and using HP Ice to take down the Dragons, or at the very least, weakening them for Marowak. Thunder Wave is also extremely useful, as if any Dragons or any other setup sweeper threatens to sweep the team, Thundurus can slow them down with Thunder Wave to where Samurott or any future member can deal with them. Incinerate or Grass Knot could also be used in that slot if we decide that we can handle setup sweepers.

We oughta have more special presence. That said, I encourage re-subbing rotom and mega steelix in Future slates

My vote: Rotom-Fan + Blissey

And with that, our 3rd team member is Thundurus-Incarnate

General Threats -

Resubbing the blob because the team still needs Stealth Rock and hazard control.

Resubbing this because the team still needs SR and some defensive glue. I also think Blissey would be a great addition to the team though so I am not sure.

So, this is kind of a weird choice, but this thing does 1 thing very reliably: handling Kommo-o. While offensively, both Marowak-Alola and especially Thundurus can both threaten Kommo-o, one that's already set up can dent our team pretty badly without lucky parahax from Thundy. Unaware Clefable helps in this regard as it can tank any hit a Kommo-o wants to throw at it bar Flash Cannon (though it still isn't 2HKOed without hazards). This also helps against other setup sweepers and physical attackers like Mega Lopunny, Cloyster, Mega Heracross, and Salamence. Moonblast can OHKO Scrappy Kommo-o, but if the Kommo-o is Bulletproof, Toxic + WishTect stall should do the trick.

Time to end voting, so it looks like our 4th team member is Mega Steelix

- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect

Subbing Sylveon this time as an offensive Fairy-type and cleric. Pixilate Hyper Voice bypasses Kommo-o's Bulletproof and OHKOs it, since Kommo-o is more likely to run either Bulletproof or Scrappy rather than Soundproof. Sylveon also helps the team against other strong Fighting-types like Mega Lopunny and Mega Heracross. Wish and Heal Bell support really helps the team, curing Samurott and Mega Steelix of burns. Misty Surge is also an option but Misty Terrain may block Thundurus' Thunder Wave from working.

Lycanroc @ Choice Band
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Head Smash
- Accelerock
- Drill Run / Double-Edge

Lycanroc offers the team Priority. A banded Extreeme Speed is powerful enough to revenge kill a lot of the tier, and whatever is slower dies to Head Smash. It struggles with Steel-Types (Specially Mega Steelix), so having Samurott and Marowak on the team help a lot. Stealth Rocks also help Lycanroc KO more stuff than before, incluidig Zeraora, Volcanion and Salamence. Accelerock picks on Scyther and Moltres, while Extreme Speed usually takes care of whatever else doesn't resist it. Drill Run is more of a filler move, might be more worth replacing it by Double Edge.

Ability: Disperal
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- Dazzling Gleam
- Celebrate

So, we don't have a Z-Move user right now and with numerous powerful Pokemon with the ability to break down walls and Thunder Wave support to cripple sweepers, Z-Celebrate Shaymin seems like a good choice. With Disperal, Seed Flare has a nice BP of 144 before STAB, being a very strong move at +1. Earth Power covers Steel and Fire-types like Mega Steelix, Marowak-Alola, and Magnezone. Dazzling Gleam OHKOs +1 Kommo-o and covers other Dragons as well as Fighting-types.
There are a few other options that we could go with after our full team is set, including SubSeed with a Life Orb over Gleam and Z-Celebrate, running HP Rock for Charizard-Y (which is a pretty big threat to us right now if it runs Flamethrower or Incinerate instead of Fire Blast), or a spread of 188 HP / 96 SpA / 224 Spe, which still (at +1) outspeeds +1 Kommo-o, Adamant Swampert in the rain, and Agony Boots base 115s while being able to take an Adamant +1 Close Combat from Kommo-o without a defense boost after rocks (though it needs some chip damage to OHKO back with Dazzling Gleam).
