Pet Mod SylveMons (Discussion Phase)

cherrim.gif
cherrim-sunshine.gif

Pokemon: Cherrim
New typing: Grass -> Grass (Normal), Grass/Fire (Sunshine)
New Abilities: N/A
New Moves: Play Rough, Solar Blade, Flame Burst, Charm
Niche: If you're gonna have an ability that boosts your Attack despite having 60 base Attack, might as well make good use of it. Combined the buff to Flower Gift that hopefully wins, Cherrim enters battle with 328 Attack with max Attack and a neutral nature, which is equivalent to Adamant base 100, which isn't too shabby. This combined with a dangerous STAB combo in Solar Blade and Sun-boosted Storm Strike makes Cherrim a pretty threatening Swords Dance sweeper. Or, there's still the possibility of running a special set, as, even off of just 85 Special Attack, Solar Beam, Weather Ball, and Dazzling Gleam will hurt while being able to set up with Growth.
buizel.gif
floatzel.gif

Pokemon: Buizel line
New typing: Water (Buizel) -> Water/Fighting
New Abilities: N/A
New Moves: Double Kick, Drain Punch, Knock Off (Floatzel only), Reversal, Endeavor, Seismic Toss
Niche: Out of all the things that got Technician, the Buizel line have had it the worst by far. Time to fix that. Give it some Tech-boosted Fighting moves in Double Kick and Drain Punch and make them STAB on Floatzel and Tech-boosted Knock Off and that's probably all you need to make this at least a UU threat. Slap a Choice Band or Anguish Bandanna on this and go to town.
gorebyss.gif
huntail.gif

Pokemon: Clamperl's Parents
New typing: Water -> Water/Fairy (Gorebyss), Water/Dark (Huntail)
New Abilities: Huntail - Strong Jaw (HA: Replaces Water Veil)
New Moves:
Gorebyss - Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Sweet Kiss, Charm, Hyper Voice, Play Rough, Dark Pulse
Huntail - Payback, Foul Play, Taunt, Pursuit, Hyper Voice, Dark Pulse, Play Rough
Niche: When I gave Gorebyss Liquid Voice, part of the plan was also buffing it to have Hyper Voice. That didn't work, so take 2. Also, Water/Fairy and Water/Dark coverage + Shell Smash is super interesting.
sentret.gif
furret.gif

Pokemon: Sentret line
New typing: Normal -> Fairy
New Abilities: Cute Charm (Replaces Keen Eye), Pixilate (Replaces Frisk)
New Moves: Play Rough, Fairy Lock, Slack Off, Laser Focus, Draining Kiss, Sweet Kiss
Niche: How can I make Furret useful in a mod where you can't change stats. How about a new better typing, Pixilate-boosted Returns, Quick Attacks, and unblockable Super Fangs, recovery, and the fact that Furret already has a ridiculously good movepool for what it is (Coil, Elemental Punches, Knock Off, Brick Break, Agility, Aqua Tail, U-Turn, Sucker Punch) and all of sudden, you do not want to be on the bad side of this cute little thing. Crazy what a couple buffs can do to such bad stats.

Resub nation:
Name: Legend's Anointing
Existing Move?: No
Category: Status
Type: Dragon
BP: N/A
PP: 32 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy Adds the Dragon-typing to the opposing Pokemon in addition to their original types.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Replaces types added by Trick-or-Treat or Forest's Curse. Fails if the opponent is already Dragon-type.
Z-Move: Raises all stats by 1
Niche: You know how good Z-Trick-or-Treat could be if Gourgeist had the stats or movepool to abuse it with? Well, apply that to some Dragons. It's the same idea, use the Z-Move to get +1 Everything and then smack the opponent with a super effective Dragon move to easily get them out of the way. Plus, depending on what gets this move, it might serve a slight use to getting KOs without using the Z-Move.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Tyrunt line, Druddigon, Noivern, Drampa, Jangmo-o line, Charizard, Gyarados, Bagon line (maybe), Deino line (maybe), Dragon-type cover legendaries

Name: Aura Sphere
Existing Move?: Yes
Category: Special
Type: Fighting
BP: 90
PP: 32 Max
Effect: Never misses, 10% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by 1
Priority: 0
Misc.: Affected by Bulletproof
Z-Move: All-Out Pummeling (175 BP)
Niche: I reverted Aura Sphere to its old base power of 90 and added a sometimes handy secondary effect (which will also make it Sheer Force boosted), but most importantly, this can be redistributed to give Pokemon that are forced to rely on Focus Miss a good Fighting-type Special move.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Original distribution + Most Fighting-types and some things with Focus Blast (Golduck, Gengar, Magmar & Magmortar, Exploud, Deoxys, Darmanitan, Zoroark, Meloetta), Espeon, Pidgeot

Name: Blue Flare / Bolt Strike / High Horsepower / Mega Kick
Existing Move?: Yes
Category: Physical / Special (Blue Flare)
Type: Fire / Electric / Ground / Normal
BP: 130
PP: 8 Max
Effect: 85% Accuracy, 20% chance to burn (BF) / paralyze (BS) / flinch (HH) / lower the attack of (MK) the foe.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Kicking move (HH, MK), Contact (BS, HH, MK)
Z-Move: 190 BP Inferno Overdrive / Gigavolt Havoc / Tectonic Rage / Breakneck Blitz
Niche: Making High Horsepower and Mega Kick more appealing, having a nice punch behind them and secondary effects to either help Pokemon that don't get EQ or compete with E Q and Return.
Potential Pokemon With This Move:
Blue Flare - Kyurem-W, Magmortar (I wouldn't go overboard with legendary sigs)
Bolt Strike - Kyurem-B, Electivire
High Horsepower - Deerling line, Tauros, Bouffalant, Stantler, Rhyhorn line, Blitzle line, Gogoat
Mega Kick - More stuff from Gens 4-7 (Skiddo line, Blitzle line, Fighting-types, Deerling line, Bouffalant, Diggersby, Furfrou, Litten line, Komala, Sivally, etc.) and Doduo line, otherwise distribution is more than good

Name: Psycho Cut
Existing Move?: No
Category: Physical
Type: Psychic
BP: 70
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy. Targets the opponent's Special Defense
Priority: 0
Misc.: Contact, Sword
Z-Move: 140 BP Shattered Psyche (targets physical defense)
Niche: This is a cool option for physical Psychic-types to get a leg up on opposing physical walls. This also makes flavor sense, as Psycho Cut has been shown to be a projectile in the anime
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Physical Psychic-types, Pokemon with Knight's Blade
Name: Flower Gift
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Same effect as before + Drought
Niche: One big reason why Flower Gift is bad is the fact that you need sun support to make it work (the other reason is that the only mon with the ability is Cherrim, but I digress), so this fixes that problem right up, allowing Cherrim be a good a decent standalone Pokemon
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Cherrim

Name: Hasty
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: This Pokemon's moves don't have to charge up and this Pokemon doesn't have to recharge
Niche: This ability from The New First Gen could give something with lower offenses a way to abuse strong moves like Sky Attack, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, and Solar Beam
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Rattata line (the mon that got it in TNFG was a rat and had similar stats), Pokemon that learn a lot of charge/recharge moves, Pokemon that need a buff like this

Name: Hyper Mode
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: This Pokemon's moves are boosted 1.5x, but have recoil equal to 50% of the damage done. In Shadow Sky, the recoil is ignored.
Niche: It's Life Orb in an ability with a bigger risk and reward and gives Shadow Sky some more ue as well as a shout out to the shadow Pokemon games.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Poliwrath, Electrike line, Murkrow line, Houndour line, Carvanha line, other Dark types, Tailow line

Niche: Makes floatzel not suck I mean, it's a water pivot, is there really anything much to explain?
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Floatzel, Samurott, Poliwrath, Dewgong, Eelektross, Stunfisk, Basculins, Seaking. Basically, physical water-Types that could use a small buff (But for the love of god, don't give it to dumb stuff like Crawdaunt or Gyarados)

Obligatory Discussion Post

Am I the only one who's actually really scared of Magic Warp? Nerfing hazards into oblivion was one thing, but buffing them seems more dangerous, especially when the room itself bypasses the all of the new ways to remove rooms. But I guess we'll see once it's coded...

mew.gif

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Warp
EVs: 240 HP / 52 Def / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake / Incinerate
- Will-O-Wisp
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock
Mew is the Jirachi of Magic Room. It does normal Mew things while being able to set up rocks that can't be removed for awhile, while dealing a chunk of damage to Jirachi with Earthquake (especially Scarf Rachi) or remove items with Incinerate.
klefki.gif

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Warp / Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Toxic / Magic Room
- Fairy Lock
Klekfi is probably the second best user of Magic Warp, since it can set up Spikes and has a nice Steel/Fairy typing. Even Prankster sets can utilize the move Magic Room while keeping +1 priority Spikes and Thunder Waves on deck.
araquanid.gif
ribombee.gif

Webs receive a HUGE buff, as before neither Jirachi or Chansey really cared about switching into webs to remove them. But now, the Sticky Web team gets at least 5 turns to do their thing. Probably not meta defining and Aurora Veil might still be better, but this is a much better state of affairs than before. Araquanid and Ribombee get special mentions as they learn both Magic Room and Sticky Web. Secondary mention goes to hazard stacking teams who suddenly have life again.
absol-mega.gif
diancie-mega.gif
sableye-mega.gif
espeon.gif
necrozma.gif
xatu.gif

Magic Bounce (and, to a lesser extent, Magic Coat) gets a nice buff as a deterrent for Magic Room teams, as if the Magic Bounce user bounces back the hazard, the Magic Room team can't remove it until after the room ends (if they even have hazard removal). Diancie and Necrozma in particular both learn Stealth Rock as well.
jirachi.gif
chansey.gif

Housekeeping gets a decent nerf from Magic Room existing, as while the room is up, their main function is taken away. Both Jirachi and Chansey are still very, very, very good and whether or not they're still S-Tier threats depends on how good Magic Room really is.
alakazam-mega.gif

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Recover
- Teleport
You happy now, leonard (from big bang theory)?
starmie.gif

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Psyshock / Psychic / Recover / Rapid Spin
- Thunderbolt
Starmie is pretty interesting, being able to smack opponents with its great Water + BoltBeam coverage and heal off its Life Orb damage with Regenerator. Unfortunately, Regenerator isn't its hidden ability, so it can't use it with Teleport.
cofagrigus.gif

Cofagrigus @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Filter
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Recrystalize
- Haze
Ghost/Steel gives you 9 resistances and 3 immunities with just 4 weaknesses that only do 1.5x damage thanks to Filter. Add in reliable recovery in Recrystalize, burns with Will-O-Wisp, and Haze to stop sweepers. There's also Toxic Spikes (assuming we're eventually able to fix that bug), Calm Mind, Knock Off, and Infestation as other options.
hydreigon.gif
sceptile-mega.gif

Hydreigon @ Agony Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Incinerate
- U-turn

Sceptile-Mega @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Energy Ball / Substitute / Earthquake
These Regen dragon bois have to switch out a lot because of their Special Attack lowering STAB moves, so Regenerator helps making switch out more desirable
snorlax.gif

Snorlax @ Choice Band
Ability: Stall
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Wild Charge
This thing's bulk and low speed basically means that Stall is a free Choice Band that you can put another Choice Band (or Anguish Bandanna) on top of.
breloom.gif

Breloom @ Agony Boots
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sky Uppercut
- Bullet Seed
- Spore
"Flying-types? I ain't scared of no Flying-types, who do you think I is?!"
floatzel.gif

Floatzel @ Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- River Stream
- Aquatic Assault
- Ice Punch
- Aqua Jet
Finally! An actual buff to Floatzel! Truly, this is a new day. It helps that it's probably one of the top 3 best users of River Stream.
araquanid.gif

Araquanid @ Focus Sash
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Sticky Web
- Aquatic Assault
- Magic Coat
- River Stream

Araquanid @ Choice Band
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
- Leech Life
- Aquatic Assault
- Bug Bite
- River Stream
Meanwhile, we have have Aquapod from Fusion Evolution (luckily without Spikes or Aqua Jet) here...
garbodor.gif

Garbodor @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Recrystalize
- Haze / Seed Bomb
- Spikes
Poison/Steel is a really interesting defensive typing. Only 2 weaknesses (albeit, one is 4x Ground) and 9 resistances (including 3 1/4x resistances) and an immunity plus support options in Spikes, Haze, Seed Bomb for Leech Seed, Acid Spray, Infestation, and Clear Smog makes Garbodor a pretty cool wall as long as you keep it away from an Earthquake.
gorebyss.gif
huntail.gif

Gorebyss @ Fairium Z
Ability: Liquid Voice
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shell Smash
- Hyper Voice
- Moonblast
- Psychic / Ice Beam

Huntail @ Waterium Z
Ability: Strong Jaw
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Crunch
- Aquatic Assault
- Ice Fang
Now entering SMASHVILLE!, please enjoy your time here, don't swim in the ocean and watch out for broken shells all over the seafront
unfezant-f.gif

Unfezant (F) @ Choice Band / Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

- Quick Attack
WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE, WE WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO LET KNOCK OFF CLONES + TECHNICIAN + STAB HAPPEN, OH NO, OH NO, OH SHOOT, HELP US, S.O.S., S.O.S., S.O-

gallade-mega.gif
medicham-mega.gif

Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Guard Up
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Psycho Cut
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance

Medicham @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Fake Out
What's a high Defense wall to a Psycho Cut?
lucario.gif

Lucario @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aura Sphere
- Metal Sound
- Nasty Plot
- Vacuum Wave
Lucario has really been liking the last two slates, huh?
pidgeot-mega.gif

Pidgeot @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Aura Sphere
- Heat Wave / Roost
- U-turn
It's no Focus Blast, but finally Pidgeot has some much needed Fighting-type coverage.
lickilicky.gif

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Dragon Tail / Toxic / Knock Off / Heal Bell
- Protect
Far into the future, when Sylvemons PU exists, Lickilicky will finally no longer be outclassed by Audino. Lickilicky has better bulk, the same typing, more of an offensive presence, and Dragon Tail. The only reason why it was outclassed by Audino was Regenerator. But now, Lickilicky can finally take it's place as the premier low tier Normal wall... assuming Mega Audino doesn't fall down there...

This discussion phase lasted a little longer than planned, so we're going to jump right into the Submission phase now!

Pokemon: Ampharos-Mega
New Abilities: Serene Grace (Replaces Mold Breaker)
Niche: Discharge, Elemental Punches...oh boy. I sure hope this isn't too broken. At least the punches are slightly nerfed by a 95 Atk...sort of.

Pokemon: Shiinotic
New Abilities: Prankster (Replaces Rain Dish)
Move Additions: Reflect, Trick Room
Niche: This thing has a bunch of moves for Prankster. Screens, Trick Room, Magic Room, and the golden Strength Sap. Worse typing then Klefki, but gets Trick Room and has slightly better(?) bulk. And strength sap.

First of all, revert ice punch to 10% chance to freeze if you dont want the amphocalypse to happen

Potential Pokemon With This Move: Roserade, Venipede Line, DEFINITELY NOT SCIZOR

New Type: Grass / Normal, Fire / Normal, Water / Normal
Most moves here are the ones a lot of Normal-Type mons get.

(Itallic means Pre evos don't get it)
All: Earthquake, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam/Punch , Psychic, Pursuit, Shadow Ball, Zen Headbutt, Belly Drum, Blizzard, Thunder/Bolt, Last Resort, Quick Attack, Swords Dance, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Heal Bell, U-Turn, Tri Attack, Double Hit, Stomping Tantrum, Double Kick, Curse, Agility, Stone Edge, Final Gambit, Sucker Punch, Iron Tail, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Fake Out, Encore, Happy Hour, Jump Kick, Slack Off, Earth Power

Sage: Fire Pledge, Water Pledge, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, Parting Shot ("Speak no evil")

Sear: Water Pledge, Grass Pledge, Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant, Perish Song ("Hear no evil"), Burn Up, Flame Bullet

Pour: Grass Pledge, Fire Pledge, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Glare, Mean Look, Lock On ("See no evil"), Aqua Jet, Liquidation
Rationale: Early route mons, and their pallete and design also scream Normal.
Competitive Value: Normal-Type mons get a huge movepool most of the time. This carries over to the Simis too, now being much more versatile and less predictable. All of them can run a Z-Happy Hour set, gained Priority, Fake Out and heavy coverage (As well as a way to pivot), with better set-up options (They're mixed mons with Nasty Plot but no SD for some reason).

Pokemon: Buizel line
New typing: Water -> Water (Buizel), Water/Fighting (Floatzel)
New Abilities: N/A
New Moves: Double Kick, Drain Punch, Reversal, Endeavor, Seismic Toss, Pragma Strike
Niche: Out of all the things that got Technician, the Buizel line have had it the worst by far. Time to fix that. Give it some Tech-boosted Fighting moves in Double Kick and Drain Punch and make them STAB on Floatzel and Tech-boosted Pragma Strike and that's probably all you need to make this at least a UU threat. Slap a Choice Band or Anguish Bandanna on this and go to town.

Pokemon: Sentret line
New typing: Normal -> Fairy (both)
New Abilities: Cute Charm (Replaces Keen Eye), Pixilate (Replaces Frisk)
Crazy what a couple buffs can do to such bad stats.
wormadam.gif
wormadam-sandy.gif
wormadam-trash.gif

Pokemon: Wormadam
New typing: Bug/Grass (/Ground/Steel)
New Abilities: Fluffy
New Moves: Each Wormadam form gets the moves the other forms do (Kinda like if you could change between forms in-game), Spikes
Niche: I wish it was like this already so so much, just so Wormadam-Trash (the best one) would get Synthesis. Combine this with Fluffy effectively doubling defense at the cost of a super Fire weakness and Wormadam isn't the worst option for a defensive Bug/Steel-type in UU, trading Forretress' Volt Switch and Rapid Spin for Synthesis and Quiver Dance.

Pokemon: Dusclops & Dusknoir
New typing: Ghost -> Ghost/Fighting (both)
New Abilities: Ethereal Fist (Dusclops Ability 2), Mummy (Dusclops HA), Iron Fist (Dusknoir HA)
New Moves: Close Combat, Drain Punch, Bulk Up, Hammer Arm, Sky Uppercut
Niche: I asked AquaticPanic if I could resub this cuz this is just a super good idea.
Name: Pikanium Z / Pikashunium Z

Name: Leaf Tornado
Existing Move?: Yes
Category: Special
Type: Grass
BP: 60
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 90% Accuracy, switches the opponent out into a random Pokemon if it hits.
Priority: -6
Misc.: N/A
Z-Move: Bloom Doom (120 BP)
Niche: It would be a damaging phazing move with no natural immunites. Pretty neat just from that. Oh, also:
998812654a8952fd9e800ed46f93cb0d.png
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Old Distribution + Tornadus, Defensive Grass-types

Name: Blue Flare / Bolt Strike / High Horsepower / Mega Kick
Existing Move?: Yes
Category: Physical / Special (Blue Flare)
Type: Fire / Electric / Ground / Normal
BP: 130
PP: 8 Max
Effect: 85% Accuracy, 20% chance to burn (BF) / paralyze (BS) / flinch (HH) / lower the attack of (MK) the foe.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Kicking move (HH, MK), Contact (BS, HH, MK)
Z-Move: 190 BP Inferno Overdrive / Gigavolt Havoc / Tectonic Rage / Breakneck Blitz
Niche: Making High Horsepower and Mega Kick more appealing, having a nice punch behind them and secondary effects to either help Pokemon that don't get EQ or compete with E Q and Return.
Potential Pokemon With This Move:
Blue Flare - Kyurem-W, Magmortar (I wouldn't go overboard with legendary sigs)
Bolt Strike - Kyurem-B, Electivire
High Horsepower - Deerling line, Tauros, Bouffalant, Stantler, Rhyhorn line, Blitzle line, Gogoat
Mega Kick - More stuff from Gens 4-7 (Skiddo line, Blitzle line, Fighting-types, Deerling line, Bouffalant, Diggersby, Furfrou, Litten line, Komala, Sivally, etc.) and Doduo line, otherwise distribution is more than good
Name: Long Reach
Existing Ability?: Yes, but nothing has it right now
Effect: Same effect as before and increases move accuracy by 1.3x
Niche: Let's reintroduce this ability back into the world with a much more useful effect. Compund Eyes and Protective Pads rolled into one package is pretty good, no?
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Exeguttor-Alola, Drampa, Mega Mewtwo X, Aipom line, Horsea line, Remoraid line, Vikavolt, anything that resembles a gun, cannon, blaster, or anything similar.

Name: Quick Feet
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: If this Pokemon is statused, its Speed is 1.5x; ignores Speed drop from paralysis and this Pokemon cannot be fully paralyzed.
Niche: Why can Quick Feet mons be fully paralyzed? How is that supposed to help you sweep? We need the make the Stun Orb actually worth something, so here's a buff and a redistribution
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Dodrio, I don't really care what else

BP: 40
PP: 30-48
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Deals damage to opponent(s); hits both in doubles.
Priority: +1
Misc.: Both don't make contact.
Z-Move: 100 BP
Niche: Priority STAB for Grass and Fairy types.
Potential Pokemon With This Move:
Leafage: Bellsprout line, Chickorita line, Celebi, Grovyle and Sceptile, Seedot line, Tropius, Turtwig line, Snover line, Leafeon, Shaymin (Land and Sky form), Snivy line, Pansage line, Sewaddle line, Deerling line, Skiddo line.
Fairy Wind: Current distribution (may remove it from some learnsets if it results in anything broken), plus Igglybuff line and Altaria.

Name: Draining Kiss

BP: 75
PP: 10-16
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: User recovers 50% of damage dealt.
Priority: 0
Misc.: mh.
Z-Move: 150 BP
Niche: Draining for fairies.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Current distribution plus Diancie, Magearna and Meloetta maybe.

Name: Dragon Fang
Existing Move?: No
Category:
Physical.png

Type:
Dragon.png

BP: 85
PP: 10-16
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: 30% chance to flinch the target.
Priority: 0
Misc.: Boosted by Strong Jaw. Makes contact.
Z-Move: 180 BP
Niche: This could give a viable STAB to Dragon-type mons with no arms (so unable to use Dragon Claw), since Dragon Hammer is exclusive to Alolan Exeggutor.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Pretty much every Dragon-type Pokémon with a mouth and Zygarde, except Alolan Exeggutor, Lati@s, Dratini and Dragonair, Kingdra, Altaria, Dragalge and Goomy line; some from the Monster and Dragon Egg Groups could also get it, like Tyranitar, Sceptile, Totodile line, Charmander line, Arbok, Gyarados, Seviper, Aggron and Tropius.
Name: Mimetism
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: Holder gains the type of the active Terrain as its secondary typing, following Camouflage mechanics.
Niche: As said above, another ability that benefits from Terrain and gives STAB to Nature Power.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Kecleon (secondary ability), Corsola (instead of Hustle), Trubbish line (instead of Weak Armor), Flabébé line (secondary ability), Carnivine (hidden ability), Octillery (instead of Moody), Cottonee line (instead of Infiltrator), Dwebble line (instead of Weak Armor), Golett line (instead of Klutz), Bonsly line (instead of Rattled), Turtwig line (secondary ability), Onix (instead of Weak Armor), Staryu line (instead of Analytic), Mothim, Sewaddle line (instead of Overcoat), Oricorio (hidden ability).

Name: Cold Blood
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: Holder is immune to Fire-type moves and recovers 25% of its max HP instead of being hit by any of them; holder recovers 1/8 of its max HP at the end of every turn under Harsh Sunlight; Ice-type moves inflict 25% more damage and holder loses 1/8 of its max HP at the end of every turn under Hail.
Niche: Another immunity to Burn could be beneficial, we only have Water Veil and Flash Fire that actually do that. This works as a Dry Skin clone, which means more Pokémon can benefit from Sun. I went with Hail for the damaging weather because reptiles don't really suffer rain or water, they suffer more cold.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Ekans line (instead of Unnerve), Seviper (secondary ability) , Snivy line (secondary ability), Scraggy line (instead of Shed Skin), Druddigon (instead of Mold Breaker or Sheer Force), Treecko line (secondary ability), Salandit line (secondary ability), Lickytung line (instead of Oblivious), Tirtouga line (instead of Swift Swim), Turtwig line (secondary ability), Torkoal (instead of Shell Armor [it doesn't really need it tho, 'cause Drought will always be preferred and it already is immune to Burn and resistant to Fire type, so it would only add damage under Hail]), Turtonator (hidden ability), Bagon line (secondary ability), Totodile line (secondary ability [Strong Jaw would be better for them tho]).

Name: Receiver
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Holder gets the ability of the Pokémon it recplaces when it switches in; it works like stealing the ability with Trace, Roleplay or Skill Swap, so, for example, Multitype and RKS System cannot be copied and Huge Power multiplies Attack by 1.5x instead of 2x.
Niche: It has no use in singles, let's give it some relevance. This works like Trace, but you can actually choose which Ability you get more freely and you can also put teammates with useful abilities to keep them active. For example if you end the turns of a weather/terrain/room, you can switch on the setter to bring it up again.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Passimian
DWnHLv5WsAEGA3p.jpg:large

Pokemon: Passimian
New typing:
Fighting.png
Grass.png

New Abilities: Skill Link / Disperal | HA: Triage [it will get Receiver back if both pass the Slate]
New Moves: Bullet Seed, Leafage, Needle Arm, Trop Kick, Power Whip, Solar Beam, Petal Dance, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Grassy Terrain, Synthesis, Aromatherapy, Worry Seed, Arm Thrust, Sky Uppercut, Double Kick, Counter, Cross Chop, Force Palm, Jump Kick, Low kick, Power-Up Punch, Circle Throw, Hot Tag, Poison Jab, Pursuit, Astonish, Thunder Punch
Niche: Let's make this little primate actually good. Giving it Grass type was obvious to me, I wonder why GF didn't give it that. Skill Link + 2 boosted STABs is very strong, but priority DP can also work very well, especially if combined with some very useful moves like Hot Tag, Leech Seed and especially Synthesis (that has also priority). It has also some downsides: it lacks some coverage, has terrible defensive typing (5 x2 weaknesses and 1 x4 weakness to birdspam) and mediocre Speed stat, so it needs a Scarf to make some holes in the opposing team.
Possible Sets:
Passimian @ Choice Scarf
Abilty: Skill Link / Disperal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Bullet Seed / Seed Bomb
- Arm Thrust / Close Combat / Sky Uppercut
- Earthquake / Rock Slide / coverage
- Hot Tag

I personally don't think it is a good idea (not sure if the Huge Power part is even doable). It also has a lot of broken potential imo since tou can easly transfer a broken ability to it. The changes done by the adjustments make passimian already great imo
