Riolu (M)

Nature: Naive (-SpD / +Spe / +11% Accuracy)

Type:
Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilites:
Steadfast (Innate): If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases Speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This Speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Inner Focus (Innate): When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Prankster (DW) (Locked) (Innate): The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.

My mother works as an important electrical engineer in a far away country. It broke her heart to leave me behind, but she needed the money to send me to school, especially since father wasn't around anymore. She constantly wrote me letters; I've kept all of them tucked away over the years. In one of the letters, she attached a lone Poké Ball. It housed a mischievous Rotom, who's color was a bit paler than most I've seen in textbooks. She noted that other Rotom at the power plant she works at would shun this Rotom because of its pigment deficiency. Both it and I are similar in that regard; I'm sure we'll become inseparable friends.

Rotom
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)

Type: Electric / Ghost
Electric: Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.
Ghost: Ghost STAB; brief intangibility that nullifies Normal and Fighting-type attacks. Can move through walls for a brief period of time but must remain in motion. Superior senses in low light and inside dark buildings. Have no vision reduction in hazes.

Abilities:
Levitate: (Innate) This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit.

Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:
Synchronize (Innate): Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and pass on any status inflicted on them to their foe. Due to their body structure, Poison-types cannot be poisoned and Fire-types cannot be burned in this manner.

Trace (Can be Activated): When entering into battle, this Pokemon can copy an ability on one of its opponents for 6 EN. The Ability remains on the Pokemon for six (6) actions. Trace can be reused with an action later in battle for 5 EN.Wonder Guard cannot be Traced.

Telepathy (Innate) (DW) (Locked): This Pokemon has a mental link with its allies in multiple battles, which allows it to avoid taking damage from allied attacks that damage each foe or the entire field like Blizzard and Earthquake. They are still affected by an opponents spread damage attacks.

Poison Point: (Can Be Disabled)
This Pokemon’s spikes/quills/thorns are coated in poison, and there is a 30% chance of poisoning any foe that uses a contact attack on this Pokemon. When disabled, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison (with the same chance of effect).

Abilities:
Pressure: (Innate) This Pokemon’s presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at this Pokemon costs the opposing Pokemon two (2) more energy to perform.
Volt Absorb (LOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon absorbs all electrical attacks and instead of taking damage, recovering 50% of the damage an electrical attack would have done. A Pokemon that attacks itself with electricity to heal only recieves 25% of the damage that attack would do to itself. Thunder Wave has no effect on the Pokemon.

"I assure you Birkal, this battle will be Legendary."

Go, Crown @Amulet Coin (Poison Point Disabled) and Thunder Duke @Lucky Egg!

Crown, lets start the action with Poison Jab on Riolu, then use Dig on Riolu, and finish up with Helping Hand.

IF Riolu uses Dig w/o a combo on A1 or A2 and you are slower than it, Use Peck + Fury Attack to smash it when it re-surfaces and push attacks back. This substitution takes precedence.
IF Raikou does not use Discharge A2, use Poison Jab (Riolu) A2 and Dig (Riolu) A3.

Thunder Duke, begin with Reflect to mute Riolu's offense, then use Discharge, and finish up with Shadow Ball on Rotom.

IF Rotom orders Thunder Wave, Thunder Wave it first and push attacks back.
IF Nidoran is in Cool Down when you would use Discharge, change the attack to Shadow Ball (Rotom) and push attacks back.

Unless I am sorely mistaken, Copycat uses the last move Riolu used, not Raikou. It should be another Hi Jump Kick.

Copycat: The Pokemon thinks about the last attack and repeats it exactly, duplicating the attack, but letting you choose a new target for the move. This move will fail if Copycat is the first move used in the battle, the last used move was Copycat, or the attack requires more energy than the user has. Charge-up actions and priority are ignored for a move copied by Copycat; all of its effects execute immediately when Copycat is used. (eg. If Copycat copies Revenge, it executes immediately. Likewise, if it copies Sky Attack, both the charge and the damage happen at once, and thus the move cannot be stopped by multi-hit attacks)
This suggests that Riolu should use Double Team, because it's the move used directly before it went (Rotom used it).

Well, this really couldn't have gone worse.

Riolu: Dig (Raikou) | Dig + Dig (Raikou) | Cooldown (Dig + Dig) (Raikou)

If Dig becomes disabled, use Hi Jump Kick (Raikou) for remaining actions.
If Raikou is KO'd, redirect remaining actions to Nidoran.

Rotom: Pain Split (Raikou) | Shadow Ball (Raikou) | Shadow Ball (Raikou)

If Shadow Ball becomes disabled, used Ominous Wind (Raikou) for remaining actions.
If Raikou is KO'd, redirect remaining actions to Nidoran.

Alright team, time to clean up.

Raikou, attempt to stop Rotom's Pain Split by flinching it with Bite, then use Shadow Ball on Riolu followed by Aura Sphere on Riolu.

Nidoran, use Disable (Dig) on Riolu, then use Poison Jab on Riolu, followed by another Poison Jab on Riolu.

Raikou: Bite (Rotom) ~ Shadow Ball (Riolu) ~ Aura Sphere (Riolu)

Nidoran: Disable (Riolu Dig) ~ Poison Jab (Riolu) ~ Poison Jab (Riolu)

Errm, what is "Super Hi Jump Kick"?

As far as I can see, a Hi Jump Kick + Hi Jump Kick combo was not ordered in the substitution, it was just "Hi Jump Kick for the remaining actions if Dig is disabled."

Hrrm, looks like you still need to clean up calcs, but Pain Split would have left both Rotom and Raikou with 61 HP, so Raikou would survive with 4HP. Good enough.

First, Poison Point toggled ON.
Nidoran, Lets keep up the pressure by using Disable on Rotom's Pain Split. Then attack it with Poison Jab, followed by another Poison Jab to try and poison it.

If Rotom uses a damaging Ghost-type move on you or Raikou, use Sucker Punch and push attacks back.
If Rotom uses a damaging Electric-type move on you or Raikou, use Sucker Punch and push attacks back.

Raikou, lets use the time we have left to cripple Rotom. Begin with Thunder Wave to paralyze it, then hit it with Shadow Ball, and should you still be around action 3, use another Shadow Ball.

If Rotom uses Double Team and is not already paralyzed, replace your action with Aura Sphere + Zap Cannon to ensure a hit + paralysis that removes its clones.
If Rotom uses Double Team successfully while it is already paralyzed, use Aura Sphere + Shadow Ball to ensure a hit and remove its clones.

Nidoran: Disable (Pain Split) ~ Poison Jab ~ Poison Jab
IF Damaging Ghost on either, Sucker Punch and push attacks back.
IF Damaging Electric on either Sucker Punch and push attacks back.

Raikou: Thunder Wave ~ Shadow Ball ~ Shadow Ball
IF Rotom Double Team while not paralyzed, Aura Sphere + Zap Cannon
IF Rotom successful Double Team while paralyzed, Aura Sphere + Shadow Ball

Double Team (Four Clones) | Chill | Thunderbolt (Nidoran)

If Nidoran uses Sucker Punch on A3, use Chill that action instead.

Hmmm. This could be difficult.

Nidoran, lets try poisoning Rotom again. Use Poison Jab first.

Then we're going to have to get a little fancy to get rid of those clones. Leer hits all foes, but unfortunately EYE LAZOR is not an attack yet.

So instead, I'm going to go out on a limb with an RP Combo. Poison Sting is a projectile, while Fury Attack attacks multiple times, usually directing a horn at the target. What I want you to do is spin and use Fury Attack along with the poisonous needles of Poison Sting from your horn to force out a strong, quickly thrusting spray of Poison Sting needles at Rotom and all of its clones! This will likely reduce the damage potential of the combination, but Rotom won't have anywhere to hide next round, and we'll still get another chance to poison it while using the move. It's not pretty, but it's the best we have!

Look at my shiny CT!
I realize that I have taken a while to get to this match. Will be reffed tomorrow when I have computer access. Also Deck I don't see why that wouldn't work.

A2
Rotom chilled out!

Nidoran used Fury Needles!
(-11 EN)

My reasoning behind this is that because Nidoran shoots a needle at each Rotom, the real Rotom only gets hit once.
Rotom's clones disappeared.

Hrrrm, not looking so good here, might as well get on with it.

Nidoran, start with a Focus Energy, then Poison Jab, then Chill.

IF Rotom uses a damaging Ghost-type move, use Sucker Punch up to two times , then Chill on the third activation of either substitution.
IF Rotom uses a damaging Electric-type move use Sucker Punch up to two times, then Chill on the third activation of either substitution.
