But the title of this thread says "No More Gen III CMT", does that meas this Deoxys and Regirock are not for trade? Sorry if this is a silly question, I'm still new to Smogon and have alot to learn :D

We can't trade for the stuff you asked unfortunately, but perhaps CMT for "Dewey's Tepig"

Check my 5th gen section, there MIGHT be something you want, or check Tombstoner's 4th and 5th

I have gotton in touch we Tombstoner, and I think he said it was okay for Moltres and Latias, or am I really confussed? Sorry, I have no idea what was going on lol :'D
