Team Hax

Jirachi wants iron head. With a scarf. 2hko's most pokemon, and outspeeds all non-scarved, and has a 60% flinch chance.

I would add a scarf, but there a few things that made me against it.
One is that I would be practically defenseless against Magnezone, thus making me lose one of my most important team members.
Another is that I don't have any way to hit other steels, besides Heatran, who resists all of my attacks.
Another minor reason is because Body Slam can paralyze non-ground pokemon, which cripples things like Swampert switching in.

I'm also thinking of switching Substitute on Togekiss for Aura Sphere to handle Heatran to an extent.

Togekiss can be used with flinch hax to the best extent by running the same ev's and nature but with..
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Moveset-
~Aura Sphere
~Air Slash
~Nasty Plot
~Roost

You retain all of your bulk along with the ability to make yourself even more threatening with air slash damage STAB boosted by nasty plot, and aura sphere to handle steel tpyes that think they will have an easy set-up.

I've run a team like this before, it's great fun but a few things to keep in mind:

Inner Focus threats are the ones to watch for

DD Dragonite @ Lum Berry is big trouble mostly. He will have no problem getting a dance in and outside of Jirachi (who falls to his fire attack) nothing will safely stop Outrage since Dragonite will outspeed even Rotom.

Furthermore, a combo of Lucario and Tyranitar will spell trouble. Tyranitar murders Rotom when he appears and Lucario is free to go nuts.

Sub-CM-Alakazam is another big threat as he will outspeed everyone bar Rotom, get the Sub in no problem and CM up to start his rampage.

Now, Alakazam is smallest threat since it's rare but also Body Slam-able but Dragonite is a big problem. I'd recommend a Swampert lead over Gliscor. He's possibly the most reliable Stealth Rocker but also super tough and a good tank late game. He can take the Electric punishment but also isn't weak to Ice (which appears three times right now). You have sick Grass resistance so it's no problem. He also adds coverage with Water and Ice which is fairly limited other wise.

I'd try the standard Mixpert build so he can tango with more kinds of threats while still being a tough cookie.

He also happens to cover Lucario pretty well, especially with paralysis support.

Good luck!

the thing is, outspeeding things isn't going to be a problem on a team that has four paralyzers(?)

overall i really like this team. it's really nice to see something that actually seems effective without using the same thing everyone else uses.

I love the idea of this team. I don't like the lead guy but I can't think of who else to use right now. I do recomend though you make your rotom bold natured to have him be more bulky and chand him to a rest talk. After that it opens your machamp up two spaces for two more attacks

Small mistkake, apparently your rotom's ability is intimidate lol.

Celebi's EVs should be 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe

Another error, ur jirachi's EVs currently reads: EVs: 64 Att/252 Spa/192, i am guessing this is from the infernape set. What you want here is a jolly nature, and 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe

Also, on machamp, i recommened Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge combo, this means you hit both Salamence and Gyarados for SE. A super effective Ice punch has the same attack as a neautral dynamic punch, so i do not think that it is worth it. You can always try payback over ice punch as well, this stops those ghosts who come in to avoid the Dynamic Punch.
