Your team is very weak to Mega Aerodactyl, or rather, none of your Pokémon can switch in on it. A few calcs:

252 Atk Tough Claws Aerodactyl-Mega Wing Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Beedrill-Mega: 534-630 (197 - 232.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Tough Claws Aerodactyl-Mega Wing Attack vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Infernape: 348-410 (118.7 - 139.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Tough Claws Aerodactyl-Mega Ice Fang vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Hydreigon: 208-246 (64 - 75.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Klefki: 190-224 (59.7 - 70.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Tough Claws Aerodactyl-Mega Ice Fang vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Gliscor: 316-376 (89.7 - 106.8%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Poison Heal

252 Atk Aerodactyl-Mega Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 156 Def Tentacruel: 260-306 (71.6 - 84.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

You are most likely going to lose 1 Pokemon, if not two, to M-Aero because it can 2HKO all of your Pokemon. Coupled with pursuit trapping, this combination can absolutely tear your team apart. However, if you paralyze it with klefki after losing a Pokemon, (you can live 1 EQ with klefki, see above) Hydreigon can OHKO with Draco meteor after getting a free EQ switchin with levitate.

252 SpA Choice Specs Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Aerodactyl-Mega: 322-381 (106.9 - 126.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Alternatively, if Aero is switching in, you can KO it with Infernape in 2 turns.

252 Atk Infernape Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Aerodactyl-Mega: 192-226 (63.7 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
