The best team ever. EVER!

On Heatran I'd use 240 HP EVs because they give you 383 HP, and that reduces SR/Hail damage; move 4 of those EVs in Spe and the others in Def/SpD.

On Jirachi use Thunderbolt, it's more reliable against opposing Gyara.

Well, I think it's safe to say Dugtrio picks half the team apart. Not really much you can do except give up power to prevent that. This includes trying out LO on Metagross as opposed to CB and perhaps of Scarf over Specs on Heatran. Of if the power is too important, I'd just run a set like Thunder Wave/Reflect/Ice Beam/filler. Of course Metagross could still get owned by using Thunderpunch, but at least Heatran and Jirachi can overcome it now.

Choice Band Gross is a bit iffy, it gets predictable and sometimes set up fodder if it gets stuck on a certain move.

Salamence gets walled by special walls, so you might want to throw Dragon Claw in there over Hydro Pump.

Thunder on Jirachi is very risky...

It comes down to the voters. To be honest I don't think Garchomp is broken in OU.

Anyways, you might want to be careful about status... like get a cleric, once Cresselia dies things like T-Wave will eat you alive. I also don't like having three pokemon weak to the same thing (Ground) on one team...

Magnezone it's not a Heatran, but if you can't find Heatran I'd try it, just to see how it works. The problem is one: since you're playing on Wi-Fi you have to find a good Magnezone (Possibly with HP:ice) within tomorrow/today.
