Slower than Bastiodon, so Metal Burst does nothing, doesn't care about Taunt, Stone Edge won't kill, and 2hkos with Surf.

If Bastiodon Curses on the switch, Metal Burst nails Octillery when it Surfs. Not a counter. ;)

Swampert is immune to Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave, and it takes 25% avg. from Surf and Ice Beam, a five-hit knock out counting Leftovers. Swampert is easily capable of one-shotting Lanturn with a Super-effective Earthquake coming off of a 270 Attack stat.
