Im not sure. I just posted Heatran because it could take Flamethrower
EDIT: For the record, ive just worked it out and it is an easy 2HKO against that particular Blissey (possibly a 1HKO if the bliss had low HP IVs)

Im pretty sure thats supposed to be earthquake, and i already know how to work out damage - im just too lazy to at the moment.
