Ability: Natural Cure
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Gastrodon will get annihilated by Choice Specs STAB Seed Flare. Can come in on any move and OHKO with Seed Flare since your Gastrodon is EVed in mostly Defense and not Special Defense. Resists surf as well.

The idea is to switch in to Shaymin, take some damage, BD down to Salac, and then blast whaterver comes in to smithereens. Roost to keep cocky QAers at bay.

And I pass to Octillery lol. Counter me now. Anyways, I choose Psychic because after 2 CMs it's normal power and Starmie won't be killing me. Oh yah, Roar doesn't work because I can pass to Octillery or Cradily.

Meteor Mash Away. Charm does nothing to me with my Clear Body, and Lum keeps me safe from the first Yawn. Afterwards, Explode in a ball of glory!!!!!

I guess this guy would also work for TheMantyke's Spirtwomb also.
