With the EVs in the right place,Psychic will only 3hko him.Immune to Leech Seed and Thunder Wave.Amnesia booosts to him and Psychic will do nothing.Rest to recover the damage.Crunch is a SE damade.Earthquake for hit something hard.
A counter for that W/O Ice move and no Skarm just for creativity.

Breloom resists all of Torterra's move and can sleep (or waste his chesto berry ) Torterra with spore. It then proceeds to take Torterra down with one of his STAB moves that Torterra doesn't resist.

Pump 80 EV's into Special Attack and Suicune will always OHKO Salamence with Ice Beam. Put the rest into HP and Special Defense and Suicune can switch into any given attack, take another hit, and Ice Beam back.

A modest Suicine with +6 Sp. Att would only be able to deal 22.25%-26.10% damage with Ice Beam to the above mentioned Registeel. So while Suicine is busy CM'ing up it's getting paralyzed and Seismic Tossed to death.

Choice Band Infernape has enough power to take Registeel down with a Close Combat or Flare Blitz (107% or so).
 
Infernape can't really switch in on Superpower.

Can easily switch in on Registeel, and recover off the damage. Reflect to take Registeel's attack better. Surf won't do a lot, but Registeel has no recovery so it will take him down eventually.

Lickilicky can't be confused thanks to Oblivious. Earthquake hits Lanturn SE, but when Licki is poisoned Facade does more damage. Rest if Toxic becomes too much. Cool.

Mence has more speed....so Flamethrower+Choice Specs OHKO's Ariados..Sucker Punch wouldn't work since I just shifted in battle so....Specsmence>Ariados.

With Unaware, Bibarel ignores any Cursing Lapras may have done before the switch in. Super Fang down, and 128 EV's in attack guarantees that last 56% clean up with Superpower (the rest of the EV's can go into HP and Defense). Holds a Lum Berry for Toxic. The last two moves are filler, I suppose.

-Thunderpunch
-Fire Blast

With Choice Scarf, outspeeds practicly anything. Bibarel wouldn't do much to a Dragonite, it has such low base stats that it's only useful move is Superfang. Outrage gains the boost from STAB, so that being said, Outrage would OHKO a Bibarel. Even Thunderpunch would OHKO Bibarel. Fire Blast for Skarm's and EQ for anything else that tries to stop it.

Outrage doesn't phaze Cresselia at all. Cripples with Thunder Wave, heals with Moonlight, gets down a Reflect, and KOs with Ice Beam.

Immune to Psychic, Ice Beam won't do much so your a gonner when it hits Cresselia with Dark Pulse. HP Fighting for Tyranitars, Counter to OHKO Physical Attackers. I'd also like to Add, Flamethrower and Dark Pulse get the 1.5 boost from STAB. So Cresselia is a gonner.

Ice Punch gains boost from stab, so that being said, Ice Punch=OHKO. Pursuit it for the next Poke you will use :p
 
Weavile is not a counter. It can't switch in to any of Salamence's attacks because of its physical fragility and weakness to Fire Blast. Anyways:
