No. Breloom is sure to die from 604 attack STAB, regardless of the resistance.

EDIT: crunch does roughly 40-48% to breloom, mach punch does 80-98% to ttar, protect heals with toxic orb, so breloom can take about 2 crunches so yeah. ALso i editted brelooms spread so he can take 2 crunches.

Me first only works if you're faster. IIRC Lickilicky doesn't outspeed Weavile.
