well, your special attacks do crap to me, and your only physical attack (which is 60 base) will be intimidated. Gyarados puts down the OHKO with EQ.

Ancient Power is special, and I think Gyara will be in problem especially if Heatran gets a boost in.

Ancientpower is special. (I thought it was physical), so Gyarados isn't such a hot counter to Heatran anyway.
