well OKHO with EQ and natural gift stops skarm/waters from coming in with a base 80 1 time electric attack running off 295 attack rest is pretty much standard

Steel'xs Earthquake is a 3HKO on Garchomp even without any EV investment in its defenses, and thats the best he can do against it. Garchomp can 2HKO with Earthquake, doing 69.21% minimum.

300 Satk icebeam OKHO garchomp min( using metalkid calc) and can shrug off CB EQ and dragon claw which is a 2HKO on this vaporeon. Hp grass to counter other waters.
 
You realize that if Garchomp's attacks 2HKO it, Vaporeon isn't a counter? You need to factor in switching into the pokemon, which means you're taking one of those two hits then. Garchomp can then outspeed Vaporeon and finish it.

Also I ran some quick calcs, HP Ice does ~20% max before a CM so this Gastro cannot even be 3HKO'd after a CM. Sub works half the time after one CM. As for Raikou, EQ does something like 85%. Gastro has great stats, my goodness.

If it risks taking 65% on the switch-in, it can't be called a real counter. It's taking a lot of damage from Ice Punch and will be KO'd if Quagsire predicts it twice, even if it does force Quagsire to switch out.

This is so not a counter to Milotic. Even with your 252 Sp. Def, you're still looking at a guaranteed 3HKO from Surf, while you can barely 3HKO with SDed Shadow Claw, and Milotic has Recover. You're relying way too much on Crits, and even they won't let you beat Milotic.

Focus Sash to survive whatever Kyogre throws at it and activate Overgrow. Endure just incase Kyogre hits it with something that doesn't do enough damage to activate the sash (Thunder?). With Sceptile's ability activated, Leaf Storm is a guaranteed KO.

Resists everything except for HP Electric. Hits with Toxic to override Endure and can 2HKO with Ice Punch.

This will be soooo hard to counter, lol, I mean, it is such an original set. /sarcasm
