The new OU pokes will be OU and the pokes moved from OU to UU will be the imaginary BL

The pokes from the BL tier before will be BL and UU will stay UU

This round was pathetic. People who did not send in teams will NOT be able to advance as of now. People who did send it teams will have ONE MORE DAY to get battles done or a coin toss will decide. Matches where no one sent in teams will be substituted by the fastest losers. Matchups will be posed By Monday at 6:00PM EST

Sorry I haven't posted here yet, but I've been having computer problems and I need to drop out of this. Shoddy hasn't been working and my internet connection has been terrible.
